TENDER PORK® BRINE

TENDER PORK® has a mild, flavour-neutral brine added to it, ensuring a high, consistent eating quality. The brine contains a little cornstarch, which keeps the meat juice in the meat and protects against drying out, even if the meat has to be kept hot or reheated. TENDER PORK® brine also contains salt and sugar, which enhance the meat’s own flavour. You can use TENDER PORK® in the same way as traditional pork. But the difference is significant, especially when it comes to the lean cuts which turn out far more tender and juicier. When guests come to enjoy their dinner at the inn, they are offered a menu of a selection of good old Danish dishes. This also means roast pork made from TENDER PORK® pork loin with rind. A lucky coincidence which has paid off well, according to Visti Ernststen.

- Actually, I just happened to order exactly a TENDER PORK® pork loin and our guests immediately acted favourably. We were told that we offered the best local serving of pork loin with rind.
