Great Western Road Trip In the summer of 2011, Paulette and I took a road trip through the western United States and Canada. We took 4½ weeks, drove almost 6000 miles, and visited eight states, one Canadian province, six national parks and who knows how many state and provincial parks.

Volume 1 contains photos from Utah, Wyoming (Jackson Hole, the Grand Tetons, Yellowstone), Montana (Glacier National Park, Flathead Lake), Washington (the Cascades, Puget Sound) and Whistler, British Columbia.

Volume 2 focuses entirely on Butchart Gardens in Victoria, British Columbia, one of the most beautiful botanical gardens known to man.

Volume 3 contains more of Victoria, B.C. and photos from our return through Washington (the Olympic Peninsula and Mount Rainier) and California.
