2023 VHP Covered CA & IFP Open Enrollment Marketing & Sales Campaign
Campaign Goals:
1. Nurture leads & simplify the path to purchase for a shopper in both regions.
Objectives:
2. Support our current brokers in both regions and recruit new ones in region 9.
3. Push the new brand in both regions but with different positioning/messaging approaches.
1. Restructure the VHP Website pages to direct all leads to CC and IFP information pages, track lead information using a contact form, call back leads ASAP, sales script to convert leads into sales.
Strategies:
1. Everything will be tracked:
• QR codes
• Website Pages
• Website Buttons
• Phone calls to Brokers and Sales
• Contact forms
2. Create Shopper materials and Broker materials by end of September for both regions, r7 performance evaluation, r9 recruitment, checking in every month to support Brokers in both regions.
3. More spend on Advertising in region 9 and 7 to push the new brand. Other platforms for advertising (ie: Tik Tok, paid social media posts on IG, Spotify ads., podcast stations ads.)
2. Provide materials “Broker Engagement Materials” to share with shoppers in threshold languages, and packaged into a folder.
3. Checking in with Brokers every month. Distribute Broker engagement materials beginning of October.
4. Branding on everything needs to remain consist.
5. Outfacing public materials should have slight differentiator in the design indicating the region it belongs to.
