An Introduction to Plant Spirit Healing
Hawthorn certainly holds a special place in my heart--this was the first plant spirit I consciously connected with. It was during my internship with Herb Pharm, where I’d gone to learn the nuts and bolts of herbalism. I got a lot more than I bargained for when plant spirit healing was introduced in a weekendlong seminar. Up until that point, I had always felt that plants had magic about them, but had no clue that they also possessed a spirit or consciousness. But that weekend, everything changed. I have to admit that Hawthorn reached out to me even before this experience. I’d been

I began to spontaneously recall instances from my childhood that were painful in some way: the time my brother tricked me by saying we could play hide and seek, only to leave me

IND CONTROL IS a topic that is gaining increased attention in the independent media. There are websites and YouTube channels devoted to exposing mind control in Hollywood, and because of the fascination with celebrities and the veils of illusion beginning to lift, exposing the dark underbelly of the entertainment industry, these sites and videos are becoming increasingly popular and videos on the topic are going viral. Considering how the parasitic agenda is perpetrated through media programming, one must wonder how come celebrities continue to promote harmful and amoral ideas to corrupt the minds of the masses. One of several explanations given is that they are under trauma based mind control, or MK Ultra, and are literally mindless puppets of the parasitic order. The MK Ultra program started as an experiment done by the CIA in the 1950s and 60s to create mind-controlled assassins. It continues to be used today in the entertainment industry, according to some insiders, such as Roseanne Barr, who came out about MK Ultra in Hollywood in an interview for RT a few years ago. When a victim is traumatized through physical and mental torture, the pain of the situation causes them to disassociate, developing alternate personalities in order to cope with the trauma. Beyonce has described an alternate personality called “Sasha Fierce” that comes out when she’s on stage and does things that Beyonce herself would never do. Nikki Minaj has a boy named “Roman” who lives inside of her and she cannot get rid of him. Multiple personalities that develop as a result of

trauma based mind control, are called alters. It’s easy to recognize the extreme mind control in the media, but it is much more difficult to observe the mind control pervading our own lives. Even if we are not all victims of cruel handlers committing atrocities directly against us, we are still being controlled through the programming we watch and through false flag attacks and war keeping us in a constant state of fear. Even the most awakened are still living in a prison of the mind because independent media and

activism websites steer them in a direction of fear and submission, just like the mainstream media does. They are often encouraged to appeal to the government to solve the very problems that the government caused. Instead of embracing solutions based in science and spirituality to free humanity from its collective cage, the better-funded activist groups make sure that their followers remain terrorized by issues such as geoengineering and “forced” vaccination. Whether or not they are aware of it, these groups act on behalf of the parasitic world order by urging their followers to take the pointless route of protest, rather than embracing ideas like orgone energy, reclaiming our own minds, rejecting the poisons of GMOs and EMF in our lives, and ceasing to give our power away to a fictional authority. They don’t tell you that the government is merely a business entity with no legal jurisdiction over other businesses or over living men and women, nor are they ultimately responsible for our plight here on Earth. It seems like there is no way out of our troubles sometimes, and this is exactly how the parasites need you to feel in order to remain in power. Besides brainwashing through the sights and sounds on television and the Internet, we are also manipulated with electromagnetic fields designed to bring out the worst in us. Most
people are not aware that the cell phones they carry around are literally controlling their thoughts and actions. Wireless devices of other types, especially wireless routers in the home, have an extreme mind controlling effect on human beings in addition to the health issues caused by frequencies that are incompatible with our bodies’ energetic fields. People are largely unwilling to switch to hardwired Internet because of the slight inconvenience it poses. Cell phone towers are transmitters of frequencies that create a certain atmosphere for the day, which can change from one day to the next. Their goal is generally to make a population feel physically weak and tired, and to think and act in a lower vibration of consciousness than they would without the interference. Most people are living in a false reality manufactured by the matrix of frequencies, images, and ideas promoted by the parasitic agenda, which is control over humanity, who they see as their cattle. In John Carpenter’s documentary, “They Live,” it is revealed to the protagonist that all of the world leaders and celebrities are not human, but are monsters from another planet enslaving humanity. They have created a

RAIG EX, EXPERT JOINTS, met Jayda outside of the Westin Bayshore on Saturday at the Cannabis Life Conference, where she was selling lemonade to raise money for the treatment of her rare brain disease known as Vanishing White Matter Disease (according to her gofundme page, there are about 200 documented cases worldwide, but no cure and life expectancy is 2-10 years for someone with it). Her brother suggested cannabis might help with her treatment & suggested Jayda and her mom, Linda, check out the Cannabis Life Conference to gather information regarding possible treatment options using cannabis. Shortly after setting up their lemonade stand, word about Jayda’s story spread, and conference emcee Craig Ex, Expert Joints, went outside to introduce himself. After learning more about Jayda’s battle, Craig invited Jayda and Linda to speak on stage at the Cannabis Life Conference, in front of a room full of attendees (and to the world via the live stream on @CannaLifeNet); this also gave them the chance to connect with medical experts on-site to answer their questions. Jayda came on stage and shared her story, and while she spoke a donation cup was passed around the audience. Jayda and Linda connected with multiple medical professionals and industry experts at the conference who have offered consultations and products for Jayda at no charge (Mara Gordon from Aunt Zelda’s, Inc., Green Island Naturals, MediGreen, Top Leaf Canada, Canna Kids & The Medical Cannabis Dispensary). $1600 cash was collected on the floor from generous conference attendees, speakers, and exhibitors. Cambridge House International, the conference producers, then matched this amount as did Top Leaf Canada bringing the total to $6400! The donations will go towards Jayda’s treatment and ongoing care, as well as a new car (The air conditioning in their old car doesn’t work and Jayda struggles with heat). The Medical Cannabis Society Dispensary are also treating Jayda and her family to a night in a hotel with a pool (a wish of Jayda’s), complete with a limo ride. Jayda’s mom Linda said “for the first time, I feel there is hope and someone has listened”. Jayda’s goal is to raise 2.3 million dollars for research regarding her illness. Transforming Anxiety into Art “This is why alchemy exists. So that everyone will search for his treasure, find it, and then want to be better than he was in his former life. Lead will play its role until the world has no further need for lead; and then lead will have to turn itself into gold. That’s what alchemists do. They show that, when we strive to become better than we are, everything around us becomes better, too.” ~ Paulo Coelho

RANSFORMATION IS TOUGH. Even healthy transformation is difficult work. In fact, healthy transformation can be even more painful than unhealthy transformation. It is scary stretching comfort zones and breaking mental paradigms. It’s uncomfortable thinking outside of traditional and parochial boxes, especially when those boxes are all we’ve ever thought inside of. Creating art is one of the ways we have to smooth the transition of transformation, and art can even make the process an exciting adventure. But in order to see/feel/understand how powerful art can be we first need to get to a place of peace and calm. So it is that the first art in the Zen of alchemy is the transformation of anger into humor. Like Deepak Chopra said, “The secrets of alchemy exist to transform mortals from a state of suffering and ignorance to a state of enlightenment and bliss.”
Transforming Anger into Humor
“Anger is an acid that can do more harm to the vessel in which it is stored than to anything on which it is poured.” ~ Mark Twain Anger is indeed an acid, but through the art of emotional alchemy, it can also be a fuel that can help us to outline healthy boundaries and to express our essential truth, passion, purpose, and even bring forth a necessary healing strength into the world: a sacred sense of humor. But in order to be able to transform acid into fuel, we first must resolve the dilemma of the ego, which requires resolving the dilemma of either remaining a victim or becoming a hero. No easy task, this. But art isn’t supposed to be easy, and neither is transformation. Like Seth Godin said, “Making art hurts. But it’s better than the alternative.” We read a lot about soul authentication and ego denunciation, about starving the ego and feeding the soul, and this is an extremely important process, but at a certain stage of spiritual development it is highly necessary to have a robust ego that can act as an independent force of interdependence in an otherwise codependent world. This is the individuated ego, the resolute self, the creative force of personal character, and the aspect of the self that shows the interdependent world its own soul-signature. Daring to show the world our unique soulsignature takes tremendous courage and the nerve to starve the victim and feed the hero in order to discover high humor. Victim is to anger as hero is to humor. When we resolve the issue of ego, we individuate and realign with soul.
Heroes always function from a place of soul. The difference between a hero and a villain is that the hero’s platform tends to be soul-centric, whereas the villain’s platform tends to be ego-centric. Heroes still use the ego, mind you, they just happen to use it as a tool to leverage humor, thereby gaining power. Villains tend to be used by their ego, becoming a tool to power, which leverages separateness (independence/codependence) through angry energy. It probably goes without saying that we would all rather be heroes than victims or villains, and that we would all rather be courageous than cowardly. But most of us don’t want to do the hard work necessary to transform our victimization into individuation. In most cases it requires us becoming intimate with our pain and comfortable with being vulnerable. It usually requires us to face our demons and wrestle with our shadows. Pain, demons, shadows; these are all scary concepts. But even scarier is their suppression. In order not to become people who suppress themselves in unhealthy ways (in order not to become victims or villains), we must instead become people who can express themselves in healthy ways (heroes). What follows are two tactics of self-expression that can prevent such suppression: creative catharsis and artistic playfulness.
Creative Catharsis
“In almost every bad situation, there is the possibility of a transformation by which the undesirable may be changed into the desirable.” ~ Nyanaponika Thera One exciting and rewarding way we can go about becoming our own hero, instead of remaining a victim, is through creative catharsis: purging our anxiety through artistic expression. By transforming our anger into humor, and our humor into art, we are all at once allowing ourselves to be worthy and to courageously engage with our demons. We are daring ourselves
to dance in the fire, to harness the ability to transform rage into a fire that cooks things rather than burn them. And if we should so happen to get burned… so what? We can simply rise like a phoenix through our own artistic expression. Like Lawrence Ferlinghetti said, “If you would be a poet, create works capable of answering the challenges of apocalyptic times.” By channeling our anger and anxieties into creativity, we launch ourselves into a heightened state of awareness where our art is free to transubstantiate the world. “What is the real origin of my own anger?” wrote Jean-Yves Leloup. “Is it the ego defending its territory, or is it something that has its source in the desire for the well-being of all?” Life isn’t just about enduring and going through it. It’s about the ability to affirm life despite, and even in spite of, the worst that can be dished out. It’s about coming back to what one has as their bedrock, their own unique capacity to be creative. From this place one can transcend any amount of pain, anger, or hate, and even transform it into a gift for others. When we can process anxiety by expressing the energy through a drawing, a painting, a dance, or through song, we are indirectly unshackling the soul from its attachment to ego. We are liberating ourselves by transforming that which stressed us out into a sharpening stone that sharpens us into a finer instrument, an instrument capable of soulful self-expression. Like the Latin poet Quintilianus said, “Facit indignatio versus: My anger creates my verses.” Forget water to wine, that’s old hat. Instead, turn anger into art. Now that is a most worthwhile alchemy.
Proactive Playfulness
“Humanity has advanced, when it has advanced, not because it has been sober, responsible and cautious, but because it has been playful, rebellious, and immature.” – Tom Robbins Playfulness, and the drive to play, requires suppression of the drive to dominate. This in itself is worthy of practicing playfulness, but being
proactive with such playfulness takes it to a whole new level. Call it benevolent chaos; strategic messiness; purposeful improvisation; playful experimentation; alchemical joy. Proactive playfulness is the precise ability to transform the mundane into mythos, seriousness into sincerity, profanity into sacred resonance, and anger into art. Practicing proactive playfulness is harnessing the power to transform confusion into clarity. Imagine Toto calmly pulling the curtain to reveal to Dorothy and friends the true nature of the Wizard of Oz. Imagine Banksy practicing civil disobedience through humorous graffiti. Such a state is a platform where bewilderment and turmoil might blossom into insightful clarity, and might even have the power to stretch the comfort zone or break the mental paradigms of others. “There are some enterprises in which a careful disorderliness is the truer method.” So says Ishmael, the hero of Herman Melville’s novel Moby Dick. How true it is, especially in an impermanent world that is constantly changing. Such playfulness launches the spirit into a heightened state of creativity even as it prevents certainty from imprisoning imagination. It dances a jig upon the laurels and glories of old with the full intent of trampling them, burying them like seeds that can grow into something gloriously new. Like Bruce Nussbaum mischievously articulated, “In an uncertain, complex world of constant change, playfully discovering new answers to puzzles that do not have one right answer is a better approach than solving existing problems that do.” It’s all wide open. Not even the sky is the limit when approached with a playful heart. There are no rules but for cosmic thresholds, and even those can be breached (at least metaphorically) with enough imagination. Like Einstein said, “Games are the most elevated forms of investigation… Mystery is the most beautiful thing we can experience. It is the source of all true art and science.” Proactive playfulness puts us firmly in the game of life, in the thick of the pains and pleasures, the heartaches and love quakes, dancing us over it all with a humor of the most high that launches us into immanence. Here, even the gods bow to us in profound veneration. Gary ‘Z’ McGee, a former Navy Intelligence Specialist turned philosopher, is the author of Birthday Suit of God and The Looking Glass Man. His works are inspired by the great philosophers of the ages and his wide-awake view of the modern world. Read more at: https:// fractalenlightenment.com/author/garyz-mcgee | FractalEnlightenment.com

UR TRUST IN SCIENCE is waning. Do you believe what you hear from scientists? Like many Americans (and the rest of us.Ed.), you may be losing trust in what science is telling you. A Huffington Post December 2013 poll found that only 36% of us have a “lot” of trust in the reliability of scientific information. 78% think that scientific studies are often or sometimes tainted by political ideology. And 82% believe scientific findings are often or sometimes influenced by the companies sponsoring the research. This is a disquieting trend. This lack of confidence is especially strong regarding the nutritional and medical professions. One day it’s bad to eat eggs, the next day it’s good. A recent survey conducted by the International Food Information Council (IFIC) underscores how confused we really are. Seventy-eight percent of the 1,002 respondents indicated they have encountered conflicting information about what constitutes a healthy food. Fifty-six percent felt that the confusion made them doubt the choices they were making food wise. Liz Sanders, director of research and partnerships at the foundation and a co-author of the survey, said in a CNN report that: “Americans rely on many different sources for their information when it comes to what foods to eat and what foods to avoid. Not all of these sources are really highly trusted, and it is likely that these sources share inconsistent information.” How often have you found yourself or heard a family member dismissing a new nutritional study by saying “Forget it, these reports are too confusing and always changing. I’m going to eat and do what I like”? As it turns out, you and your family members share your confusion with a

Bad Medical Research
Is Destroying Our Health & Faith in Science majority of Americans.
Why Are We Losing Trust In Science?
Setting aside the issue of religious fundamentalism, which can account for some of the mistrust of science, one possibility is the growing unreliability of many medical and nutritional practices and research. In the past few decades, there have been many medical and nutritional ideas that were later proven to be incorrect and even harmful. Here’s a list of just a few confusing medical and nutritional practices prevalent in the past few decades that may have had a negative impact on your health (please go online for supporting links. Ed.): n STENTS – Stents cost about $30k a piece and are performed on over half a million Americans each year, but there is little data indicating they prevent stroke. n HIGH CARBOHYDRATE DIETS – Touted as the cure for heart disease for over 40 years, they have led to an obesity and diabetes epidemic with no clear support for their efficacy. n ARTHROSCOPIC KNEE SURGERY – Up to 1 million surgeries have been performed each year but a systematic review in the British Medical Journal found that for patients with meniscus tears it was no
better than exercise therapy. n VITAMIN E – Long thought to prevent cancer and heart disease. Numerous international studies found no benefit for protection against heart disease, stroke, or cancer. n PROTON PUMPS – The treatment of GERD costs Americans a billion dollars a year. Long term use (greater than 14 days) can lead to serious side-effects, such as clostridium difficile infection, pneumonia, and malabsorption of calcium and magnesium leading to bone fractures and cardiac abnormalities. As I’ve written elsewhere and as you can see from the above list, the health of millions of people is routinely compromised by flawed medical research and practices.
Medical journalist Richard Harris makes some damaging revelations in Rigor Mortis: How Sloppy Science Creates Worthless Cures, Crushes Hope and Wastes Billions: 1 – The State of Biomedical Research …medical researchers made much more progress between 1950 and 1980 than they did in the following three decades. Consider the development of blood-pressure drugs, chemotherapy, organ transplants, and other transformative technologies. Those all appeared in the decades before 1980. 2 – The Development of New Pharmaceutical Drugs The rate of drug approval has been falling since the 1950s . . . if you extrapolate the trend, starting in 1950, you’ll find that drug development comes to a halt in 2040. In 2005 Dr. John P.A. Ioannidis, currently a professor in disease prevention at Stanford University, published the most widely accessed article in the history of the Public Library of Science (PLoS) entitled Why Most Published Research Findings Are False. It stated: “There is increasing concern that most current published research findings are false.” And that “in modern research, false

Y UNDERSTANDING OF creativity’s role in the evolution of the soul has shifted in the past few days. I’ve sensed for a while that creativity is intrinsically linked with spiritual evolution because it connects one with a higher consciousness, but until now, my understanding has been vague. Many readers know I enjoy reggae music, and I recently read an interview with Ziggy Marley who mentioned that to his father Bob, creativity was life. Bob left behind an impressive catalog of music despite that his life and his fame were tragically cut short, because he worked hard at his music to the point that he sacrificed his wellbeing. I’m not suggesting anyone overwork themselves, but when you follow your passion, hard work doesn’t bother you. It inspires you.
Connecting to the Grid with Creative Work
Something profound became clear recently when I was thinking about creativity as a way of life: when you create something and you’re passionate about it, you connect to a spiritual power grid that comes straight from God, Source, or whatever you want to call this omnipotent force. For Bob Marley, music was a spiritual thing that was as much a part of his religion as anything else. He was well aware of the power of Jah (aka God), and he may have felt that this was the force responsible for his work and he was simply an instrument. If you work nearly as hard as he did at something you’re passionate about – and especially if your purpose in doing so is positive – the creative flow will elevate your consciousness and bring you
C R E AT I V I T Y And The Spiritual Power Grid
Image by Josephine Wall into a state of oneness with Source. You’ll connect with an uplifting and inspiring source of energy that fuels creativity and motivates you to approach life openheartedly, and even when the world tries to bring you down, the love and good vibes that’ll overflow from within will keep you strong.
The Effortless Flow
With an open mind and heart, challenges that were once difficult or intimidating will seem to require less effort. Even if they seem to require more, you’ll be happy to push yourself a little because you’ll know the result is worth the
extra effort. Any writer will tell you that they don’t really feel like they’re making an effort when they can maintain a steady creative flow. Just like Bob or any dedicated artist who comes to the creative well every day, they become an instrument for a higher consciousness and creative work becomes effortless. They no longer struggle to create, because they no longer feel personally responsible for what they create. (I would say instead, awkwardly perhaps, that one no longer feels that one is in one’s way. Ed.) They understand that creativity comes not from the mind but the heart and intuition, and thus, they remain open to a higher guiding force during their sessions and they remember to relax if they become too mind-centered. They understand that being calm and open to the flow is the best way to generate something genuine, and most of the time, they welcome struggle because it humbles them and reminds them that the flow isn’t always steady. Sometimes you have to struggle to connect with the spiritual power grid. However, when you finally succeed it’ll feel a hundred times better than if you didn’t have to struggle at all.
Nothing Is Required
You hear a lot in the consciousness community about the power of psychedelics to expand consciousness and the power of softer entheogens like cannabis to enhance
creativity, and the best thing about this grid of higher-vibrational energy is that you don’t need anything outside of yourself to connect with it. I recommend experimenting with your consciousness and learning from the sacred teacher plants if you feel you should, but connecting with this creative part of you on a long term basis requires little more than meditation and creating things through the mind, heart and intuition. Psychedelics are crucial to the soul’s evolution, and a positive psychedelic experience could very well enhance creativity for the rest of one’s life. We shouldn’t discard the teacher plants, because they too hold the key to transformation. However, to rely solely on them for creativity (or even enlightenment to an extent) is to disregard your own natural creative/spiritual wellspring, which can be activated through the use of psychedelics but doesn’t have to be. It’s not ideal to rely solely on anything for creativity or enlightenment, but by all means, use what nature has given.
A Natural Creative Force
It’s difficult to advise anyone on the best way to access the power grid, because we all get there differently. Some might not require the use of psychedelics or anything external at all, whereas others may benefit greatly from them and would encourage them for everyone. My experiences have taught me that this is a natural creative force we can bring through ourselves in any moment whether or not we alter our perception with something external. You might struggle to bring it through sometimes, but

It’s true: A company based out of California, known as Senomyx, is in the business of using aborted embryonic cells to test fake flavoring chemicals, both savory and sweet, which are then added to things like soft drinks, candy and cookies. And Senomyx has admittedly partnered with a number of major food manufacturers to lace its cannibalistic additives into all sorts of factory foods. http://bit.ly/1E1QDqp

n the ever increasing global creep toward totalitarianism, some nations are stepping up punishments for their civilians caught using social media for free speech. Now Germany is in the headlines for raiding the homes of those who the government declared had posted “offensive” content on social media. It hit the fan when it comes to free speech in Germany. Wasn’t this the country that had to fight tooth and nail to free themselves from the grip of Adolf Hitler’s censorship? It’s like some lessons are never learned. In a coordinated campaign across 14 states, the German police raided the homes of 36 people accused of hateful postings over social media, including “threats,” “coercion,” and “incitement to racism.” The goal of these raids was the confiscation of the “hate posters” Internet connection devices, according to a press release from the German federal police (BKA).

n To gain clarity and vision n To connect with higher forces / spirit guides

www.thesacredscience.com FEW YEARS AGO, one of my teachers taught me a powerful breathing exercise that I’d like to share with you today. Variations of this technique have been used for millennia to induce altered states of consciousness and connect more deeply with the divine. On the surface, it’s hard to fathom how breathing alone can take us to such great heights. I had doubts myself – until I gave it a try. As it turns out, I hadn’t given my lungs enough credit – the experience was cathartic in ways that defy description. This exercise comes with a special note of caution – please make sure to read it below!
The Art of Conscious Breathing
When was the last time you thought about how and when you breathe? Biologically speaking, breathing is a rhythmic, involuntary process regulated by the body. Most of us do it about 12 to 20 times per minute. It’s kind of a requirement on the standard “staying alive” checklist. But spiritually speaking, your breath is far more than that. When we were filming The Sacred Science in Peru, one of the shamans, Roman Hanis, showed me the power of using the breath to access higher realms
A Simple Yet Powerful Breathing Exercise:
A Breathing Exercise ToTakeYou Higher of awareness. He led me through some deeply transformative breathing exercises that combined both Amazonian and Tibetan mystic traditions. Before beginning each session, he reminded us that we all begin our lives in a primordial state of peaceful love and kindness and through breathwork, it’s possible to return to that place. In Roman’s words: “Within many archaic languages, including Andean Quechua, Amazonian Quechua, Tibetan, Aramaic, Latin, Greek,
Hawaiian and others, the word for “breath” is the same word that is used to describe life, spirit, and soul.” This begs the question I’m always asking myself – what did the ancients know that we’ve forgotten? For thousands of years, up to this very day, people have used conscious breathwork for many reasons. Here are just a few: n To access healing and insight n To expand consciousness n To release stress or anxiety n To re-energize the body
The breathwork exercise I will share below is intended as a simple intro, to give you a taste of what your breath can do. However I was on the fence about whether or not to share this exercise, because it can be intense and needs to be used with care. A friendly warning before proceeding: This type of breathwork should be avoided by anyone with a history of the following: cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, glaucoma, retinal detachment, aneurisms, significant recent physical injuries or surgery. Pregnant women should avoid this type of breathwork as well. Keep in mind that during the process, it’s common for you to experience a wide spectrum of feelings. Such sensations can include deep relaxation, joy, serenity, sleep or meditative states, and possibly the release of past trauma. Reliving the birth process or even past life experiences have been reported too. With this in mind, it’s strongly recommended that you have someone with you who is aware of what you are doing and is willing to assist if you need anything along the way.

Steps to Getting Out of Your Own Way By Ben Kissam
www.collective-evolution.com
H
AVE YOU EVER FELT like you get in your own way? That, when working toward your goals, your path always follows the frustrating sequence of one step forward, two steps back? We all get in our own way at times, particularly when it comes to the areas in life that we struggle with the most. Getting in your own way can make it difficult to take the actions that will improve your situation. For example, if you struggle with your weight, you likely get in your own way by not exercising regularly or eating well. If saving money is the problem, you likely have adopted a mindset that isn’t conducive to creating long-term wealth. Whatever your struggle is, getting in your own way suggests that you may not have a healthy relationship with yourself in that area of your life. As such, taking action toward the goals that you set will feel difficult (at times, impossible), and you’ll often struggle to find the motivation necessary to get things done. Below you’ll find five suggestions for getting out of your own way. Commit to improving in one of these areas, and you will likely upgrade the others as well. Selfgrowth is a whole process, greater than the sum of its parts, and improvement in one area will lead to transformation in another.
Page 11
1. Eliminate negative self-talk. You’ve probably heard before that negative self-talk can inhibit your ability to achieve a goal. There are many reasons this is true, but here’s one of the most important. All human behaviour is the result of you choosing to either avoid pain or seek out pleasure (Might be a little more to it than that. Ed.). Think about any behaviour you engage in regularly, and you likely can deduce which one it is for you. It’s important to understand, then, that negative self-talk is painful on a level that only we can create for ourselves. When you demand perfection, or when
you berate yourself because things didn’t go perfectly or how you imagined they would, your brain associates these negative feelings with your experience. This could be why you avoid the activity that will help you reach your goals. Show more compassion to yourself and remember that achievement is a journey. No matter who you are or where you’re from, you will experience failure at some point, but failure is necessary for growth and, as such, should be embraced rather than feared. 2. Take a new approach to stop doing things you know you shouldn’t be doing. Have you ever found yourself doing the thing you had, just moments ago, said you wouldn’t do? Most of us are all-too familiar with this scenario. If that’s the case, I encourage you to flip your own script and take control in another manner. Instead of focusing on the things you shouldn’t be doing, focus on the things you should. Begin referring to these things as your “non-negotiables.”
For example, if your goal is to build a business, your non-negotiables each day might be to cold call or cold email five prospective clients, spend one hour developing or growing your business, write one new blog post for your social media outlets. In this scenario, you take the focus off the minutiae that you sometimes get distracted by or caught up in — checking social media, answering emails, improving your website, etc. — and place it instead on getting your non-negotiables, the things you SHOULD be doing, done first. Whatever happens after that happens. You’ll have peace of mind knowing that you moved the needle and advanced yourself on that day. Apply this to any area of your life and watch how this shift in focus destroys your tendency to do exactly what you think you shouldn’t. 3. Wisely choose the people in your life that you spend time with and take advice from. It’s a simple solution, but if you feel like you are getting in your own way, take a look at the people closest to you. If you find that your social circle enables you to make bad choices or live in a manner that is out of alignment with the vision you have for your life, you need to change that. Going out several nights a week or doing things that violate your values or beliefs for the sake of convenience is not doing

Everything You Think You Know About
Ancient Human Origins Is Wrong
By Sophie McAdam www.trueactivist.com
G
RAHAM HANCOCK’S NEW book ‘Magicians of the Gods’ details compelling evidence that human civilization is actually thousands of years older than we previously thought In 2003, British author and investigative journalist Graham Hancock published a book that caused huge controversy in the academic world. ‘Fingerprints of the Gods’ delved into the mysteries surrounding human origins and asked us to question whether modern-day archaeologists and geologists have got it all wrong: human civilization first flourished during the Ice Age, and it was wiped out by a cataclysmic event such as a massive comet. The impact devastated Earth, causing huge explosions and seismic activity. This in turn melted the ice caps and caused the Great Flood: the one that forms a key part the culture and mythology of ancient people from all over the globe. Is this purely coincidence, or was the legend based on a real event? Hancock has argued that ancient settlements in Egypt, Peru, Mexico, Mesopotamia, Indonesia and elsewhere were simply remnants of this first culture, which the Egyptians called Zep Tepi, the ‘Homeland of the primeval ones’. The theory is that Egypt, like the others, has its roots in this lost world. Their great cities were built by survivors of the catastrophe and their descendants in the image of a much older and advanced civilization, now buried deep beneath the Ocean. This, Hancock postulated, is why civilizations located in all continents of the world chose to build pyramid structures, why all used hieroglyphs (often with exactly the same animal-human hybrid characters), why all had advanced mathematical and astronomical knowledge, and why they all mummified their dead, to name just a few mysterious similarities that the current belief system can’t account for. Despite Hancock’s watertight research making these claims difficult to dispute, the author was fiercely attacked by the establishment and portrayed as a quack pseudo-scientist by the mainstream press. New Scientist was among the magazines that criticized his theories, but ten years later they
were forced to make an interesting U-turn. In 2013, New Scientist’s front cover used Hancock’s own words to concede: ‘Civilization
New Scientist’s admission, 10 years later, that Hancock may have had a point. is older and more mysterious than we thought.’ It was a retraction the author found quite amusing.
Gobekli Tepe: Irrefutable Evidence Of An Advanced Lost Civilization I was lucky enough to meet Graham Hancock at a lecture he gave at Bradford University, England, as part of his ‘Magicians Of The Gods’ UK book tour. It’s billed as the sequel to ‘Fingerprints Of The Gods,’ and builds on the evidence documented over a decade ago. Hancock’s presentation was compelling and persuasive, and is so extensive it would be impossible to summarize in this article. The most fascinating update to his research is the inclusion of the mysterious ‘sanctuary’ of Gobekli Tepe in Turkey, the oldest work of monumental architecture anywhere in the world. The site, which translates as ‘pot-bellied

Page 12
hill’, consists of enormous T- shaped megalithic pillars which are around 12,000 years old. That’s 6,000 years older than the Pyramids of Giza or the sacred Stonehenge in England, which both belonged to the phase of human evolution known as Neolithic, or ‘New Stone Age’. Gobekli Tepe, on the other hand, belongs to a period called the Upper Paleolithic, or ‘Old Stone Age.’ So here’s the mystery: at this particular point in human history, we were supposedly primitive hunter-gatherers, living nomadically in small bands. As Hancock points out, mainstream science would have us believe that human beings were, at this time, ‘incapable of tasks requiring long-term planning, complex division of labour and high-level management skills.’ Since the stone circles at Gobekli Tepe demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of mathematics and stone masonry (not to mention the procession of the equinoxes), what we think we know about our past clearly isn’t true. And there’s something else that adds weight to Hancock’s theory: What is known as ‘Pillar 43’ even makes reference to the nowfamous date of December 21st 2012 as the beginning of a new age of man; the start of a window of opportunity humans have to seizeto either spiritually evolve, or perish. Pillar 43, therefore, is exactly in line with the Mayan calendar, yet the South American civilization was thousands of years younger than its Turkish counterpart. Isn’t this too much of a coincidence to be mathematically probable? Surely it’s more logical to believe that Gobekli Tepe was, in fact, mother of all these cultures? Klaus Schmidt of The German Archeological Institute, responsible for excavating the site in Eastern Turkey until his death in 2014, told Hancock he believed without a doubt that the people of Gobekli Tepe invented both agriculture and architecture, two achievements that set human beings apart from other species. Schmidt believed Gobekli Tepe was an “institution”, and stated: “It was a place where people came together. It was undoubtedly a platform for the distribution of knowledge and innovation.” The location of this ancient site wasn’t accidental, either. Like the great pyramids of Egypt, stones at Gobekli Tepe were laid to perfectly align with specific star systems. They are, therefore, undeniable evidence of an
Gobekli Tepe, modern-day Turke advanced civilization with a highly developed knowledge of mathematics, architecture and astronomy. The settlers also had the capability to move giant stones up to 6 meters high and weighing up to 20 tons, suggesting they had evolved way beyond the stage of making flint tools, hunting effectively, and knowing which berries were safe to eat. Clearly, the story of human development is missing a vital piece of the jigsaw puzzle. Even more intriguingly, Gobekli Tepe was deliberately buried. Hancock says the entire site was manually covered with sand, which would have been a ridiculously laborious and time-consuming task, bearing in mind the hill measures 300m (984ft) in diameter, and is 15m (49ft) tall. Who ordered this, and why? What secrets might Gobekli Tepe hold that posed such a threat to the later civilizations? Or was Gobekli Tepe buried to preserve it and keep it safe from harm? Hancock suggests the fact it has not been contaminated means it can be accurately carbondated, unlike some other sites.
The Limitations Of Science
Hancock’s doubt over the accuracy of current mainstream archaeological and geological knowledge is based on the fact that
ey — site of the oldest work of monumental architecture anywhere in the world. our method of dating stone is fundamentally flawed. Unlike bone, wood or cave art, stone is impossible to carbon date. Instead, scientists arrive at their conclusions by carbon-testing organic materials in and around the site in question. Hancock argues that this methodology is occasionally inefficient and potentially inaccurate: material can be contaminated after being exposed to newer
Tepe to the mysterious pyramid of Gunung Panam in Java, Indonesia, which is also 12,000 years old. He has made numerous trips to the Great Pyramids of Egypt and has explored the Mexican pyramids of the Sun and Moon, the Andean temples of Tianhuanaco, and many more ancient monuments such as Baalbec in Lebanon. Hancock’s book also delves into the mystery of the gigantic stones deposited (by ancient icebergs, perhaps?) in Boulder Park, Washington State, as well as looking at clues that Dry Falls was created in the aftermath of a devastating global delugeone that Hollywood can’t even imagine. Mainstream science will have to revise a few century-old assumptions. In September, an apparently man-made pyramid was identified by sonar at a depth of approximately 40 metres (130 feet) underwater off the Azores islands. The mysterious Moai on Easter Island. Are they much older Also, a gigantic monolith than we think? was recently found near the island of Sicily, at civilizations, and the method does not account the bottom of the Mediterranean Sea. It is for the fact that ancient structures are quite at least 9,000 years old. Another fascinating often built on the footprints of much older discovery of underground monoliths at sites. Stonehenge adds more layers of intrigue. Are The author visited Easter Island for we looking at evidence of a great civilization example, where mysterious, giant heads that spawned all ancient cultures? Could the stand gazing out to sea. Legend has it that legend of Atlantis be true after all? Did some the first settlers on Easter Island were from of its people settle in Gobekli Tepe and pass a sunken city. Some of the stone figures, on knowledge of a shared culture that went on called Moai, are buried as deep as 30 feet to form the basis for those later seen in South below the earth. Mainstream science tells America, the Middle East and the Far East? us this is due to soil build-up over time, Plato certainly believed that Atlantis existed. but other experts claim that if we apply The Greek philosopher had been told an anecdote this theory, the statues must be thousands about the great civilization, whose corruption of years older than we currently believe. was said to be its downfall. He claimed that after Hancock argues that Easter Island’s strange the Great Flood, these ‘first people’ wandered stone men are a good example of the the Earth looking to re-settle and re-build what limitations of carbon dating in our quest to they had lost (“Mankind had to begin again unlock humanity’s past. like children, with no memory of what went His research trips took him from Gobekli before”). Plato’s notes give dates for the fall
Page 13
of Atlantis, which would date its destruction at exactly the time of the end of the Younger Dryas – some 11,600 years ago. If Plato was indeed inventing the story for political purposes, as skeptics have claimed, it is another unlikely ‘coincidence’ that fits perfectly with Hancock’s theory. Mainstream science may scoff at the idea of lost civilizations under the sea, yet the theory is perfectly logical. Scientific ‘truth’ is absolute in the 21st century, and that is problematic. Left-brain rationalism and the decline of religion have given rise to a modern-day situation in which scientists (and scientists alone) have the authority to tell us what we should and should not believe. Only peer-reviewed, approved papers from scientists who toe the establishment line (and don’t do anything too maverick) have the right to dictate what is real, what is possible, what is deserving or undeserving of further investigation. In this respect they are the new priests, revered and respected in the same way the Church once was. Richard Dawkins is a perfect example of a scientist who is so infuriatingly rigid in his opinions that he ultimately exhibits the same irrational, dogmatic behaviour as those religious individuals he is so hell-bent on condemning. Dawkins’s atheism is as unshakeable and as zealous as the equivalent faith of any God-fearing person. His certainty
that he is correct is just as irrational as the certainty exhibited by a radical Christian or Muslim: because the fact is that we cannot prove one way or another if God exists. We simply don’t have the answers. Yet Dawkins’s elevated status as a scientist allows him to present his opinions as absolute truth. To question the authority of these post-modern priests in lab coats is seen as heresy, and this is why Hancock’s quest for the beginnings of human origins (and the uncomfortable questions he has asked along the way) have been so fiercely attacked. Yet judging by the vast body of evidence the researcher has put forth in two fascinating books, we can safely say- despite what current archaeologists, Egyptologists and geologists think they knowthat the origins of human civilization are still shrouded in mystery. In fact, as Terence Mckenna once quipped, “nobody really knows jack shit about what’s going on.” Keeping an open mind is vital to an inquisitive mind and critical thinking, which is why Hancock’s research is so important. If you find this topic interesting, you can buy Hancock’s new book and read new updates on his investigations here. https://grahamhancock. com/magicians/ This article (Everything You Think You Know About Ancient Human Origins Is Wrong) is free and open source. A guru is born every minute with new worldviews and fundamentalist ideas that proclaim the Only way. Cults are not far off and it’s back to the old mind game. There is nothing wrong in wanting to share our facets of the diamond with our fellow souls. Quite the opposite. N
ATURE HAS PROVIDED us with everything we need to transform our consciousness and lead a life of enlightenment. Every night consciousness offers us a gateway to a higher dimension via our dreams. The reason we choose to ignore these great opportunities is mostly due to our ignorance and the belief that only waking life is real and dreams are simply fantasies without any reality whatsoever. It is only when our dreams become lucid that our viewpoints begin to shift and we start to realize that we have opened a wormhole into a parallel universe, so incredible, it simply staggers the imagination. But it’s not just our dreams which can open the gates to our much greater reality. Our waking life too holds the key to open the doors if we utilize a natural process to which we hardly pay any attention, a process which we started the moment we were born and which will only stop when we die, and that is our breath. With every breath we take, nature is potentially providing us with an opportunity of shifting our consciousness and entering an enlightened state. The reason this gateway to the greater reality remains firmly shut for most of us is that we don’t give it our attention. We are much more committed to following the commands of our inner commentator with its incessant stream of thoughts over which we have little control. If we get into the habit of using our breath as a means of focusing attention away from our thoughts to our feelings, we would gradually obtain sovereignty over our minds and liberate ourselves from the compulsions and addictions of habitual and often idle thought. Above all, instead of debating good and bad, pros and cons in our thoughts, we open an instant highway to the spontaneous wisdom of the heart It sounds almost too simple to state that we can access a greater, more rewarding reality by a simple shift of attention, but simplicity is often the way reality works. By following the path of simplicity we don’t have to take up position within a complicated network of rules. We don’t have to belong or subscribe to a religion, mindset, fanciful beliefs or complicated practices. We only have to make decisions and the more decisions we make the more we inform our minds that we are in charge. We train our thoughts into accepting that there is a new ruler in town, the Thinking Heart. Our new inner connection doesn’t rely on gurus or teachers, or ancient or modern beliefs or sets of rules. We quickly and joyfully begin to accept that our heart and

Life After Awakening Shifting our Awareness onto a Higher Level of Consciousness
our breath are beating a path to our inner teacher, a unique and spontaneous wisdom. And all we do is focus our attention in the right direction. This suggestion here is not a prescription for everyone to follow. Most of us will have already found our own way. We are a boundless species with infinite diversity of temperament and there are as many paths open to us for focusing awareness as there are people. This is just one of many. Everybody will feel attracted to the tools that suit their personality and temperament. Awakening is new every moment, there are no repeats. Every moment is a first. Awakening is a unique experience and different for each of us, although they share one essential thing, the silence of the commentator. With stillness appearing on the scene we enter an illuminated realm or space of consciousness. It is experienced as objective reality, unbiased, unperturbed by what is happening around us and it feels like home. Until now we have been exiles, but entering this space of reality we finally are where we belong. It is difficult to find words for it, although many have tried, and however hard we try to describe it we realize we only ever touch on a tiny facet of the whole. Entering the new space of stillness opens up an infinite realm. Many people entering this realm for the first time feel disinclined to do anything or take any action at all, often
simply becoming observers of the new world opening up around them without inclination to participate. That is a temporary state, but it can last a long time for some. Others experience it differently, becoming part of the creative flow, breathing through their hearts like a fresh wind. Instead of listening they sing with the wind and add their unique sound to this new universal melody. There are no shoulds and should nots. It is our heart that will give us the impulse from now on and it makes no difference where we are at the moment in time, the job we do, or the people we are surrounded by. There is no arrival either, there are only beginnings. And when people think that when enlightenment occurs, we have ‘arrived,’ we are wrong footed. After awakening some newly awakened feel their state will last forever and they begin to neglect their attention and gradually fail to integrate their new state of consciousness into their everyday lives. Instead of realizing that they are at the threshold of a grand adventure, they feel they have found the answer to life’s mysteries. The stillness and the oneness experienced soon gives way to thoughts and, without noticing, our silenced ego eases its way back to the fore and takes ownership of our experience. It finds words to limit the unlimited. It casts what is beyond the reach of language into a semantic cage. Even existing religion is wheeled into place to serve as a framework
An awakened state can never become the status quo and it will never stake claims. It can only ever be experienced moment by moment. The moment we think about it - it will be gone like a butterfly we try to catch with our bare hands. It is the beauty of the Awakened State that it silences thought and instead opens our awareness to something that is fathomless and new every single moment. With the commentator of our thinking gone we enter infinite vistas of peace and liberation, but also of creativity and growth, which is kept alive with every breath we take. Reality knows no repetition. The universe is born with every breath, and every moment we are like newborns entering this expanding world as if for the first time. How is that possible? How can we operate without thoughts? By understanding that our thoughts are little more than the legs we use for walking. Thoughts are tools for survival. But in addition to using thoughts as survival tools, we’ve grown accustomed for them to do our “living” for us as well. We would be much better off to allow “wisdom” to do our living, which is a much higher, more evolved form of thinking. Wisdom is illuminated thinking. It bypasses thought. It is intuitive and instant. It has no pros and cons, no yes and buts, but rises out of a deep, intuitive understanding from an unspoken level of truth. It has no bias, is not for or against, but is simple, impartial, factual and non judgmental, but above all it is compassionate. It has no selfinterest, no preference and arises out from the core of what IS before it even comes into being. It is this illuminated thinking which is the next grand step in our human evolution. As with suggestion #2, your goal is to achieve peace of mind. What level of exposure to your friends and family will give you peace of mind and keep you effective at the same time? Like it or not, the people that are closest to us influence our moods, beliefs, and actions. The people around you can help you reach your goals or can be a major reason why you never get there. Only you can decide what is right for you. Just remember, when it doesn’t feel right, it’s time to make a change. 4. Negatively perceiving your past failures. A surefire manner of getting in your own way is to believe that the future will be just like the past. When you think about it, it’s kind of a dumb belief. If we were all doomed to repeat our mistakes, why would we ever bother trying to improve ourselves? Deep down, you know it might be similar. There’s a good chance you’ll struggle with the same one or two things that beat you up last time. But the outcome can always change. Achievers understand that failure is a form of feedback. When you fail, you’ve learned another way that isn’t going to help you reach your goals, and that it’s time to move on and try something else.
Final Thoughts
Make it a goal to give yourself a clean slate for your new journey every time you start something new. Stop associating past failures with new ventures. If anything, look deeply into what went awry last time and seek solutions that are specific to those problems before you get started again. 5. Getting ‘unstuck’ from the cycle of stress and self-doubt. This last one is for people who have chronically struggled with something — weight loss, making money, breaking bad habits, improving their personal lives, etc. If it’s been years and you still haven’t gotten results no matter how hard you’ve tried, you might understand what it’s like to feel like you’re in a “cycle” of failure. Typically, the cycle goes like this:
n Something external motivates you to get started again. n You make a grand plan that you’re sure is going to be the solution to your problems. n Day 1 comes, and you’re confident in your abilities and excited to get moving. n Day 3 hits, and you’re not as confident as you were when it started. Things get hard. n Day 4 comes, you fall off the wagon, slip up, or don’t take any action. n Days 5-7 are typically spent feeling depressed, upset, or stressed. For some, they are also the times when you binge. Wash, rinse, repeat. Three to four weeks go by, and you start the cycle all over again. The solution here is this: Break your pattern by taking bold action

nevertheless, it’s always there and always trying to help us grow. You’ll connect with your intuitive voice when you tap into the grid, and this voice will provide even more inspiration and creative power by imparting into you a clear picture of what you want to create. Then, you’ll simply copy what you see, feel or sense in your mind. If you write, you may start to feel like you’re being dictated guidance from
beings in high places – which are really higher aspects of your own consciousness. Your creative power will be revealed as you become open to previously inaccessible knowledge, and you too may credit your work to a higher consciousness.
Conclusion You can open up to Source through the power of the written word, the power of sound and music or any other form of art that enlivens you. It’s up to you to commit to something
While getting out of your own way can’t be solved overnight, it can be eradicated over time if you strive for small advancements in the areas you struggle most. Consider it a win if you catch yourself before falling into old habits even once. Be objective with your experiences and don’t get upset, even if you’ve never seen anything other than nominal success followed by failure. The truth is, you are entirely more capable at this point than you’ve ever been before because of what you’ve been through. With that in mind, strive for continual 1% improvements each day. You’ll be surprised how quickly the transformation comes. Ultimately, it’s up to you to have the difficult conversation with yourself that will serve as the catalyst for progress. Don’t be afraid to pull up the hood and look for the problems. For all of us, that’s the start of getting out of our own way.
you enjoy that can bring your awareness back to your creative power, because society will discourage you from pursuing your purpose. In fact, society will make it seem impossible. With dedication and the willingness to keep the mind open and calm when you’d rather hurry through what you’re doing or rush achievements you aren’t ready for, miracles will manifest through you and your inherently spiritual power will be undeniable. You’ll have the power grid to thank for it, and you’ll drink from it daily as you share its gifts with those who are just beginning to rediscover it.

HAT IS ENERGY, what is an aura, and do you have a field of energy around and within your
body? We feel that it exists, that it’s there, but what is the proof that tells us unequivocally that we are right – and not just imagining it? Luckily, over the years, a number of key scientific experiments have been conducted to answer the question of “Does energy exist?”
How Do We Know That Energy & Healing Are Real? This Is How!
Kinesiology
Kinesiology is a muscle testing process that was discovered around the late 60s/early70s. Today it forms the basis for healing modalities like Sports Science Medicine, Resonance Repatterning and BodyTalk, among others. Basically kinesiology enables you test whether or not someone energetically resonates with an object or statement. The word resonate or resonance in energy, basically means that your body and system (mind, thoughts, feeling, soul, energy) are aligned or agree with that item, person or statement. So, a simple example would be identifying a tissue salt that someone needs. They could hold various salts while pressure is applied to a muscle in their body – usually the arm. If resistance is encountered when the pressure is applied, then the tissue salt is indicated. If no muscle resistance is encountered, then the person’s system does not need that particular salt.
The Human Consciousness Scale & The Holographic or Morphic Field
Kinesiology on its own has so many
Page 16
applications in terms of healing and release work, but the really exciting discovery that kinesiology lead to was the Holographic or Morphic Field, and then the Human Consciousness Scale. After the discovery of kinesiology, Sir David Hawkins set out on a very long twodecade research project into the field. As part of this project, Sir David began testing people with a consistent set of statements to see if the results were consistent across people all over the world. They were. This led to the realization that there is a field of knowledge and information that we’re all connected to, called the Holographic or Morphic Field, and every one of us is able to plug into that field and extract the same knowledge consistently. It’s like the Morphic Field is the Internet of all things, and our minds and bodies are search engines or devices that can plug into that field and extract whatever knowledge we need. This then further evolved into an understanding that there is an evolutionary model and path for human consciousness development, and this was called the Human Consciousness Scale. Questions that Sir David posed during this experiment led to very interesting discoveries,
like where Jesus and Buddha ranked in terms of consciousness, and the kinds of emotions that you deal with at each level of development. High and Low Energy Power Patterns were also discovered, and simply reading these high and low energy power patterns is kinesiologically proven to boost you by 35 points on the Human Consciousness Scale.
The Maharishi Effect or Critical Mass
Another interesting finding that you’ll see on the Human Consciousness Scale is a breakdown of how high vibration energy beings counterbalance low vibration energies in the field. For example, someone at the level of Christ (700 – 1000), counterbalances 70-million people vibrating below 200. By this measure we’d only need 144,000 enlightened souls to make the global shift a reality. This was further backed up by studies conducted by the FBI into critical mass or the Maharishi Effect. The experiment had originally been conducted on a smaller scale, and basically asked: how many people need to be engaging in an activity for it to impact the population around them? Following on the original smaller successes, the FBI conducted experiments where they gathered experienced and practiced Transcendental Meditation (TM) Practitioners into major urban centres all around the world, and had them pray or meditate for peace. During the times the meditations were taking place, consistently, wherever they were, ALL crime and violence rates in the area would drop – by up to 100%. I’m going to say that again, so we
hit your convincer, because this is important: Every single time people meditated and prayed peace, the entire city around them experienced peace. And you thought your silly little meditations and prayers had no measurable effect? Critical mass, as concluded by this experiment, is basically the square root of 1% of any given population. This means that 1 person immediately impacts 100 people around them, but 2 people impact 400, and 3 people impact 900. 4 people gathered together immediately impact 1600 people around them. Makes group meditations that much more appealing hey?
The DNA Phantom Effect
Next, we owe a thank you to Dr. Vladimir Poponin for his contribution to our logical argument debate. Dr Poponin did a really cool experiment where he first created a vacuum, and then measured what had happened to the atomic elements inside that vacuum. All the photons and neutrons and protons in other words – the building blocks that EVERYTHING is made up of. As expected, inside the vacuum, these atomic elements had reverted to a state of chaos and disorder. Then Dr. Poponin did something really cool, he added a piece of DNA into the vacuum. Amazingly, once this piece of DNA was introduced, all the atomic elements formed a holding pattern around it. When he removed the DNA, the holding pattern STAYED IN PLACE. When you go for healing work of any kind, what happens is that your body changes on a cellular level, and at the level of your DNA. These changes impact the atomic world

Breathing Exercise
Stay Curious, Nick Polizzi The Sacred Science Team PS: This practice is similar in many ways to The Rebirthing Method from Leonard Ore, and Holotropic Breathwork, which was brought forward by Stanislov Grof. Both of these modern methods have origins in ancestral wisdom traditions and are great resources if you are looking to further explore this area of inner work.

Remember, if you experience any overwhelming sensations it is OK to stop at any time.
The Practice
Preparing your space: Find a firm, flat surface to lie down on – a yoga mat on the floor is ideal. Many people also put a pillow under their head and a rolled blanket under their knees. An additional blanket can also be used for warmth if you become cold during the exercise. Important: If this is your first time trying an exercise like this, I strongly recommend keeping it to 20 minutes max, before gently bringing your breath back to normal and letting your body relax for 10 minutes in a laying position. Again, this practice should be done with a partner who can supervise you. Take turns at 20-minute intervals, one experiencing while the other holds space. Using a timer with a gentle sound is also recommended when trying this outside of a workshop or class setting Read through all of the steps below before starting and familiarize yourself with them. STEP 1 Lie down on your back, with pillow under the knees and any blankets positioned in a way that makes you comfortable. Close your eyes and relax your body and breathing for a few minutes. STEP 2 Take in a slow, deep breath. Gently breathe all the way to the bottom of your lungs so that your stomach moves outward a bit. At the end of your inhale, immediately begin to exhale at the same speed. At the end of your exhale, immediately begin breathing in again, slow and steady. STEP3 Be mindful of continuous, “circular” breathing – where there are no gaps between
Page 17
The Sacred Science
inhale and exhale. And be sure not to hold your breath. When your lungs are almost full, begin to exhale, then before your lungs are empty, inhale again. You want to create a pattern of constant breathing either in or out. Think about the breath as making a circular motion in, through, and out of your system, and repeat. STEP 4 You will need to breathe a little bit faster than you would under normal circumstances. However, and this is very important, you don’t want to breathe so fast that you create tension anywhere in your body. The lungs and entire body should be as relaxed as possible. In this way, the breath cycle can be maintained for a longer period of time. STEP 5 Breathing in and out through the mouth will support emotional release more completely. But if you find that it’s more comfortable to nose breath, that’s ok too. In about 10 minutes or so, your body will find its own rhythm and way of breathing. (At about the 10 to 15 minute mark,
you may begin to feel a tingling sensation in your extremities, a feeling of euphoria, or an “altered” state of awareness.) STEP 6 After 20 minutes, your preset timer will sound (remember to set a peaceful alarm sound) and your partner will gently put a hand on your shoulder to let you know that it’s time to slowly and intentionally bring your breath back to normal. Take some time in this in-between state to notice how what you’ve learned integrates and interacts with the reality that comes back into focus around you. *Some find this to be the most revelatory piece to this exercise. STEP 7 You are complete ? I hope this practice gives you a glimpse of the innate wisdom that is available when you tap into the power of your breath. Conscious breathwork is yet another way to stay connected to the sacred in your life. Thank you to the ancient masters who gave us this deeply transformative wisdom.
Sacred Science follows eight people from around the world with varying physical and psychological illnesses, as they embark on a one-month healing journey into the heart of the Amazon jungle. Working with indigenous healers, each participant uses a combination of plant medicines and intense spiritual ceremonies and exercises to restore their health. During this fascinating 30-day healing journey, the barriers between each patient’s physical health and mental well being are blurred and eventually eliminated altogether. The time-tested methods used in this film are profoundly powerful — if you or a loved one are looking for breakthroughs in natural medicine, this film is an absolute must. Mind Control From page 3
false reality by broadcasting a frequency that hides who they really are behind a holographic human appearance and hides the subliminal messages they have put on billboards, TV, and magazines. An underground activist group has created sunglasses that when worn, reveal the truth. Since this film was created in 1988, before the Internet, the only way that this group can get their message out is to cut in on a television signal. The activist broadcaster says that the TVs emit a frequency that controls our minds even when turned off, just as our cell phones do today! There is a tower atop a tall building that constantly puts out a mind control signal that makes the parasites invisible to the humans and obscures the brainwashing messages, just as cell phone towers do today! The parasites are well versed in suppressing consciousness through frequency, and Hollywood always gives hints disguised as fictional entertainment. If you begin to pay attention and even document strange or negative behavior among your friends, family, and coworkers, you may start to see that there are times when they are not “themselves.” You may even notice it in yourself, if you’re willing to examine the times when you feel negative emotions or feel just a little “off.” There is a reason that smart meters are replacing analog meters, and why Wi-Fi is being added to everything, even when completely unnecessary, such as in digital cameras or watering timers. This is the frequency fence that literally restrains the awakening human consciousness. It’s becoming more oppressive and heavy because humans can no longer be deceived with images and fake news stories alone. The awakening humans are bombarded with the energy of fear just as the sleeping ones are. If one is too strong to be effectively mind controlled, then those close to them are targeted and induced into exhibiting the behavior necessary to bring down that individual’s state of mind. This is

why many people in fields that benefit humanity through consciousness-work are regular recipients of both psychic and verbal attacks, often out of nowhere. When you examine any negative interaction with someone you know, it helps to look at it from the perspective that they may be acting out of character because something has taken over their mind. On a recent overnight stay at the home of a friend, we arrived when the wireless Internet was turned off. The host was aware of the health issues posed by exposure to EMF. That night we had wonderful conversation over tea, and he expressed both an appreciation and an understanding of our personalities. He was complimentary and gracious, and shared anecdotes from his life openly. We turned in for the night around midnight and an 8am wakeup was agreed upon. The next morning as the sun rose, I awoke with a headache, took some Tylenol and went back to sleep, waking up naturally later in the morning. Since I was not woken up, I assumed that it was still before 8:00, and I didn’t have my phone on or a working timepiece on hand to check. Upon greeting our host, he told me he had “decided” to let us sleep in. It was 11:00 and we were late for an appointment. Instead of leaving promptly, we decided to push back the appointment and pick up some coffee for our host and ourselves and to try to redeem our morning, behaving as calmly as possible considering that our schedule was turned upside down by a “decision” that contradicted the previous agreement. We had not yet realized that he was no longer the man he was the previous night, which is why his judgment had become impaired. When we returned with the coffee, our host began a conversation that was the polar opposite of the one the night before, in which our personalities and even our physical appearances were criticized. We took the criticism lightly, thanked him, and left. Hours later, we realized that my headache had started when he woke up and turned on the WiFi, and deduced that his personality took a complete turn at that same time. It was as though he was not in control of his
thoughts or actions at all. This is precisely the agenda behind the pervasive wireless technology around us. The parasites activate our negative thoughts because our misery is their food. They are psychic vampires. Eckhart Tolle describes the “pain body” in A New Earth. This is the part of us that is accustomed to negativity and feeds on the negativity of others. He describes it as being like a psychic parasite. With this in mind, the parasitic world order activates the pain body in order to feed, and these pain bodies activate each other in different people. There is another school of thought that what Tolle calls the pain body is not us at all, but a literal parasite that has attached itself to our lower chakras. There are many healers who try to remove these entities, but unless they and their clients have rejected wireless technology, the healing may not last. The mind is easily brought back to negativity through the frequency control, making the client once again an easy target for parasitic infection. In addition, since electromagnetic fields suppress consciousness, those working in consciousness-related fields will never have complete use of their abilities in psychic work and healing as long as they continue their daily use of mind control devices. Human beings are actually quite distrustful of computers and artificial intelligence, but also gravitate toward laziness and a desire to have someone else do their thinking for them. In a recent survey by the Automobile Association of America, 78 percent of respondents were afraid to ride in a driverless car and 90 percent felt unsafe sharing the road with them. This shows how even in the mainstream, people doubt the ability of computers to safely operate without human intervention. If you take one look at the driver next to you, you may notice that they are looking at a phone and texting, rather than looking at the road. They have no idea where they’re going because they let the GPS tell them. At the same time, the GPS and phone, which are both tracking and mind control devices, are impairing the judgment of the driver through manipulating their thought forms. The screens take the driver’s eyes
off the road. The driver is being controlled by computers! What is the difference between this driver and a driverless car, and which one actually poses the greater safety risk? It is often too troubling to look into one’s own life and see the manipulation happening. It is, in fact, something that offends the ego. To admit that you have been lied to is one of the hardest things you’ll ever do, but also the most liberating. The next step is to understand that you have actually been carrying around, living with, and sleeping next to devices designed to suppress your consciousness and control your thoughts and actions. This is a step that even the most aware human beings usually refuse to take. In the fight scene in “They Live,” Roddy Piper’s character tries to force the sunglasses onto his friend so that he would see the truth too. The bloody battle that ensues is the physical equivalent of the mental war we engage in when we try to coerce our loved ones into waking up. Ditching the cell phone and WiFi is the equivalent of putting on the sunglasses. It can only happen when someone decides for himself that he is ready for the challenge of conscious living and using the mind rather than having a machine think for him. Today, we have the option of distributing “sunglasses” to the masses by placing orgonite near cell phone towers, neutralizing and reducing the mind controlling effects. But ultimately, everyone has to remove the veils from their own eyes. It’s time to make a choice. We can allow the ego to continue to say that we are above the mind controlling frequencies because we’re “star seeds” or “indigos” and somehow more special than everyone else, or we can leave behind the New Age dogma and realize that we’re all human beings with the same suppressed multidimensional abilities. We must be brave and be willing to do things differently so that we may see the truth and become free. The power of the mind is what is being suppressed, and it no longer benefits us to remain in the electronically induced cage of lower vibrational existence.
(the supposed gold standard of research). Incredulously, these studies are published in top peer reviewed medical journals. Much of what our physicians prescribe to us is wrong. Our doctors use research to inform their medical decisions — decisions about what drug to prescribe, which surgery to elect, and the best health strategy to adopt. They are often making crucial treatment decisions for depression, Alzheimer’s, type 2 Diabetes,
cancer, obesity, etc., based on bad, incomplete, or hidden medical research.
publications. The labs that published more received more grants, students, and prestige.
The Evolution of Bad Medical Science
Why is this happening? Why is so much of biomedical research so poorly done? As it stands now, researchers are typically rewarded (tenure, grants, better jobs, etc.) for publishing a quantity of publications in prestigious journals. They do this by n Running small and statistically weak studies (they are easy to do) that produce only positive results, since journals tend to not publish negative findings. n Ignoring negative findings. n Publishing only new and exciting findings that journals are looking for. n Never checking old findings for accuracy and replicability. n Changing methodologies in mid-stream to assure positive results. The result is a proliferation of false and misleading findings that confuse scientists and the rest of us, waste billions of dollars, and undermine the scientific endeavour and our health. To tackle why this is happening, two scientists, Smaldino and McElreath, created a computational model based on evolutionary theory (natural selection) to explain the rising tide of weak biomedical research. They did this by simulating virtual research labs competing under conditions that exist today. The labs that put more effort into their research received fewer
The Results
Over numerous simulations and generations, the labs that were most successful (most publications, grants, etc.) passed their approach on to the next generation and proliferated. The labs that failed to publish a high volume of lower quality research were not rewarded with lucrative grants and did not achieve higher prestige or proliferate as readily. As occurs in natural selection, the most successful labs recreated themselves with greater frequency. Ed Yong of the Atlantic Monthly summarized the results: “Over time, and across many simulations, the virtual labs inexorably slid towards less effort, poorer methods, and almost entirely unreliable results.”
Conclusion
With the emphasis on quantity of publication, the forces of natural selection will continue to select for poor research, false findings, muddled methodology, and accelerating confusion in the world of health and bio medical research. Replicability of findings will continue to falter as poor research studies abound. The losers in all of this are those of us trying to make sense of what science is telling us so we can live better, more wholesome, and healthier lives.

dying inside. His poetry and his prose reflect this God-awful, but deliciously refreshing truth about him. If you feel that something vital is missing from your life, yet lack the motivation or drive to go after it, you’re afflicted with apathy. Conversely, if you have always wanted to do something and everyone thinks you’d be crazy to move across the globe at the drop of a hat or quit your job to pursue something that makes you feel absolutely alive, and you just don’t give a duck what other people think – you’re starting to get it.

I
WISH I COULD take credit for the two-word title that headlines this article, but it was used historically by an unlikely hero. Charles Bukowski (1920-1994), the “accidental” American author and poet had it written on his tombstone in Los Angeles. He wanted to reiterate something we need desperately to hear again in the age of sugar-sweet positivism. Sometimes success comes even to those who don’t try very hard. In fact – it comes to people who just don’t give a %#)&@. This is the crux of another writer’s philosophical invective. Mark Manson wrote The Subtle Art of Not Giving a Fuck. It’s full of Bukowksi-inspired advice. Though I don’t see anything wrong with dropping an F-bomb here and there, I’ll replace his liberal use of f—k with duck so that I don’t offend anyone who might otherwise benefit from reading about how not to give one. Manson took Bukowski’s advice to heart, and noticed that we give way too many ducks about things that shouldn’t matter to us. He says we’re a culture of trying too hard at too many things. And I couldn’t agree more. While we’re “staying positive,” and working toward world peace, raising our children, maintaining friendships, keeping ourselves selfie-ready at a moment’s notice – just in case, God Forbid – we are caught on our “bad” side for a social media posting, hitting the gym, eating only non-gluten, GMO-free, sugar-free, MSGfree, vegan, wild-catch tofu, meditating, fighting the good fight, and showing up to work every day so that we don’t end up living out of a cardboard box slurping the remnants of a super-sized soda someone leaves by a trash dumpster, we’re trying so ducking hard! We stare in the mirror to say our “you’re so beautiful, you’re so handsome” affirmations. We work on our relationships, take workshops, go to therapy, keep working on our internal dialogue, etc. etc. etc. Everything we do now is one big TRY. As Bukowski will tell you, trying really hard doesn’t bring success, and success doesn’t always bring happiness. He was an alcoholic recluse before he made it as a famous writer, and he continued to be after he made it. At book signings, he would berate his fans. Before he had any fans, he worked in a post office, hating his life, and turning to the bottle while he occasionally wrote a line of poetry or a short story, getting refused by publisher after publisher. You can’t even say he made it because he didn’t give up. He gave up (you could say, stopped giving a duck) long before a random publisher took a strange fancy to him years after he had submitted any work, and that was the one big break that gave him a writing career. Manson points out in a discussion of Bukowski, that his greatest strength was that he didn’t try to hide his faults. In fact, he didn’t try at much of anything. In October 1963, Bukowski told John William Corrington in a letter how someone once asked him,
Page 19
Aversion and Craving
“What do you do? How do you write, create?” To which, he replied: “You don’t try. That’s very important: ‘not’ to try, either for Cadillacs, creation or immortality. You wait, and if nothing happens, you wait some more. It’s like a bug high on the wall. You wait for it to come to you. When it gets close enough you reach out, slap out and kill it. Or if you like its looks you make a pet out of it.”
Why Seeking Happiness Too Hard May Cause Unhappiness It turns out Bukowski’s philosophy is backed by science. Reaching for happiness is an admittance that you aren’t happy. The seeking of happiness, just like the avoidance of suffering, are the same acts of desperation. In an endless quest to get something or ditch something else, we don’t experience the purity of the moment we’re in. In fact, the human brain is designed to want more – to create its own problems even when it doesn’t really have any. In fact, the minute we’ve solved one problem, we’ve just created another problem. Maybe you solve the problem of being overweight by going to the gym, but you’ve created another problem, as Manson puts it, “of sweating like a meth-head” when you go. The trick is to like the problems you have. You’ll always be trading one set in for another. This is why someone can spend $106.5 million on Picasso’s Nude Green Leaves painting, and still feel empty inside. Their brains are going to find something else they “need” to be happy. Not that Picasso wasn’t a phenomenal artist, but if your biggest problem is deciding whether to purchase the Picasso or the Monet, you’re likely not going to be happy. Similarly, people with “real” problems will feel unhappy, but have you noticed that people with less – people who don’t give a duck – often seem free in ways we in the everyone-has-a-smart-phone-and-a56-inch-flat-screen-in-their-living-roomworld can’t fathom? In the quiet world of Zen Buddhists, and quite possibly our great grandparents, for example, when they were having a bad day – a bad hair day, a bad traffic day, a bad thoughts day, a bad day plowing a field of cow dung – whatever, they’d likely think, “I’m having a crap day,” and that would be the end
of it. In the modern world though, we’re micro-analyzing our own thoughts every moment. We feel anxious, and then we start to feel anxious about the anxious thoughts we’re having. “Damn, I’m such an idiot for still thinking that horrible thought.” “Oh, shoot, I just did it again!” You get the idea – an endless feedback loop of giving a duck starts to ruin your day even more than before you started trying to be happy. In the same way, practicing endless affirmations, trying to be happy only means you seek something you don’t have. If you were already happy, you wouldn’t need to affirm anything, would you? That relentless focus on trying to be happy only calls to mind all the things that make you unhappy. Whereas, people who just have a crap day and move on, they don’t keep focusing on the crap. And oddly, they are happy. Crap still happens, as it will in life, but it hasn’t become the source of their future suffering.
Not Giving a Duck and Apathy Not giving a duck about some things doesn’t mean you are apathetic and you have no goals. Let me explain the subtlety of this nuanced conundrum. Bukowksi’s misery (and alcoholism) isn’t what we’re supposed to emulate. His ability to succeed without trying so damned hard, is. We are also supposed to get, that he didn’t try to hide his misery or his alcoholism. When he was having a crap day, he didn’t plaster a fake smile on his face while he was
The constant pursuit of happiness outside of yourself – when you finally make the cut on your sports team, you finally drop those extra few pounds, you finally get the man/woman you want, you finally drive the car you’ve always wanted, you finally live in the house you’ve always dreamed of – this constant pursuit of happiness is what the Buddhists call craving. It’s just as nasty as aversion if you really want to experience any sort of internal peace. Aversion results from fear – fear of loss, fear of separation, sickness, death, etc. Craving is also the result of fear. It pulls us into dualistic experience in ever-more subtle ways. Attachment to material things (the endless pursuit of happiness) creates suffering because attachments are transient and therefore, loss is inevitable. When we don’t give a duck, it’s like saying, you know, some days are going to suck, and some days aren’t and either way, that’s o.k. Three problems—ignorance, clinging/attachment and aversion—are known as the Three Poisons, and a recognition of them forms the Second Noble Truth in Buddhism. Now, don’t start to beat yourself up if none of this makes sense. If you don’t feel enlightened just yet, who gives a duck. That’s o.k., too. Bukowski had it figured out, though. Don’t try. At least not so hard. And certainly don’t give so many ducks about stuff that doesn’t really matter. hiding by myself outside for a long time while he went back inside; the times when I had nobody to play with at school recess and sat by myself on the jungle gym; the time I skinned my knee and cried in the bathroom until my brother came in to say, “Everyone knows you’re just doing this for attention.” Before I knew it, tears were streaming down my face. I felt embarrassed to be crying in front of my classmates, but the visions and associated feelings were so powerful that I simply had to surrender to them or get up and leave. Up until that point, I’d rarely (if ever) wept in front of a group. This too was a tendency held over from childhood--nobody in my family expressed their feelings openly. Yet there I was, bawling like a child in front of everyone. I was uncomfortably vulnerable, but determined not to miss out on the experience. When the teacher ended our session, we all took turns sharing our experiences. I could hardly even speak. Afterwards, everyone went back inside to get ready for bed. I only went in for a moment to gather supplies before heading out to my tent for the night. I asked around to see what had happened to the Hawthorn tinctures, because I wanted another dose before bed. To my surprise, nobody knew where they had gone. When I returned to the Hawthorn tree, I discovered that both of the bottles had been left on the ground. And this wasn’t done by a single person, either, as they lay in different areas of the circle. This seemed, to me, like a clear metaphor for how easy it is to forget about the heart. It was then that I recalled my own Hawthorn berries sitting in my cupboard, unused. Having just had a powerful experience with the plant, I now understood how much value I had completely overlooked. Those berries had been a gift from the Universe that I had ignored. Hawthorn wasn’t just about keeping the physical heart healthy. It wasn’t something that only people with heart disease needed--it was something that everyone needed. Feeling rather humbled, I took a larger dose of the medicine and headed for my tent. As I lay in my sleeping bag, the memories continued. I relived more moments from my childhood, which eventually gave way to more recent painful memories of lost or broken relationships. It was a huge catharsis, like a tidal wave of pent-up emotion finally having an outlet for release. More importantly, Hawthorn began to show me patterns. I could see how the times when I felt a lack of love as a child had translated into patterns of grasping and insecurity as an adult. Even more painful, I was shown how some of my actions--based on

pain, fear, and lack--had in turn caused pain for others. It was a cycle in my life, repeating itself over and over again through my various relationships. I got very little sleep that night, but I received a teaching that would last for a lifetime.

This experience had lasting effects on my life. Within six months of returning home from the internship, I ended an unhealthy partnership. After gaining some distance from that situation, I was able to see how the four major romances of my life had all mirrored the dynamics of my relationships with the four people in my immediate family. It was kind of eerie, really, with patterns and similarities so striking that I couldn’t believe I had been blind to them all these years. Plus, I am now more open about shedding tears in front of others, even in public, when something moves me. Though I still sometimes feel embarrassed depending on the circumstances, it’s become a lot easier for me to open up to people and groups in general. It’s as if all along, I’d unconsciously feared that having an open heart would make me weak. But on the contrary, it’s made me stronger. The Hawthorn tree is a member of the Rose family, and both of these plants reflect the connection between joy and sorrow. Roses are a classic symbol of love and the ever-opening heart. And yet their stems contain wicked thorns, so that if you hold on too tightly to the experience of love, you will draw blood. Our earthly existence is temporary, and so we know that everyone and everything we love will eventually pass. Often, what we love most in life breaks our hearts the most as well. Hawthorn also has thorns covering its trunk and branches. I see these thorns acting as acupuncture needles which, when stuck in the right places, can release long-held pain. Hawthorn finds your heart’s tender spots, even the places you’ve forgotten about. When she sticks her needles in, – medicine can only treat the physical and can’t even make inroads into treating mental disorders effectively. Energy can and does treat everything – from your relationships to money flow to opportunities. And it treats the emotions and the illnesses and can heal what medicine can only manage in many cases.

Basically Dr Emoto takes water and photographs the crystals, and then applies stimulus such as words, music, prayer and pictures to the same water, and then rephotographs it after a period of time. Consistently, Dr Emoto’s work has shown that water exposed to negativity

Interestingly, different stimuli create different crystal structures, so the crystal for the word love looks different to the crystal for the word thank you. T’S OK WHERE you are at, it’s okay you need space, it’s ok to gift yourself what you need. Aloneness is something we HAVE to gift ourselves without question along our spiritual paths, even when we are with people, we have to continuously show up for our own personal and emotional needs. This houses the potential for our continued expanded growth into the unlimited possibilities of multi-dimensional experiences and thus have those with the people we love around us. In order to truly step into this we need to give ourselves support with time and aloneness. Not a night here or there — but actual proper time to really tune into the self-care needs for our souls to be held in the space required to evolve. It can FEEL daunting as inherently humans seek so desperately to hold onto the support from others. But if we take these moments it can be the making of our realities and to enhance our relationships. Aloneness supports: Our authenticity as we get back into our own energy to expand. Take a re-set, a re-charge, processing our thoughts and emotions. Spiritual gifts start to enhance as we are purely with self and the divine love that flows through us. We get to untangle the cords of other people’s emotions, thoughts, feelings, expectations, ego, dramas and low vibrations. Reminds us of whom we are underneath, free from the build-up of external energies. During our transitions there will be many ups and downs, as things we once loved seem no longer fitting to our souls anymore. Relationships, jobs, taste will all change as we hold more love and light in our hearts. Our time alone is imperative while we work ourselves out again, while we shift into our new healing and awareness for life. When we start out on a spiritual journey so many changes and revelations are happening that it can feel very isolating. At times the more we change and discover things about ourselves and the world around us, the connections we once had with people can often feel withdrawn. These moments of feeling disconnected are the times of feeling the most isolated from life. We haven’t quite anchored all of our learning, truths and authenticity into practice yet. A sweet spot emerges within the self. We know we can’t go back to our stories, fears

Aloneness & Isolation DURING SPIRITUAL SHIFTS and limiting beliefs for comfort. We know the person we thought we were is evolving, but we haven’t quite worked out how we are supposed to show up in the world yet. This sweet spot, this void, unrest and uncertainty, on how we are meant to show up is the perfect time to ‘get’ present. Embrace the not knowing, the nothingness, the freedom, the potential and the opportunities not yet revealed to us and embrace aloneness. This is the moment to really go within, to really work on healing, keep letting go, keep opening and expanding the heart. Learn to not hold onto things that are meant to leave our lives, even be it only for the time being.
Knowing that what will align again will be the most perfect alignment of the soul. These moments of spiritual growth are the perfect opportunities to get to know ourselves once more, to enjoy our company and connect back in with our intuition. These are the moments of aloneness that remind ourselves it’s okay that we are not quite sure how we are meant show up in the world yet, all we have to do right now in these moments is to show up for ourselves in love — with self-care, space, grounding and healing. In order to understand who we are we
need to have some fun again. We already know things are coming up for healing. We already know we are not our stories. We already know we are not the limitations of our fears. Let us embrace once more the not knowing, the sweet spot and surrender in the NOW. Surrender into joy Surrender into fun Surrender into play Surrender into love Surrender into the light It is FUN to feel alive, to feel awake, to feel at one with who we are. It is fun to be spending time in our own energies again. It is fun to not dwell on the past. Let us be reminded of the child that we once were. Let us embrace the time to start new creative projects, join new groups with similar interests to us, take long walks in nature, and dance like no one’s watching. Being on our own during these transitions will ignite the flame from deep within again so we may start to gain strength once more in our authenticity. Let us also embrace the time alone to really let go, to scream, cry, and fall on the floor as our bodies release the emotional traumas of life times. Let us embrace the solitude to ride the waves of emotions that don’t make immediate sense to us because they will make sense to our souls. Let us be reminded and embrace the fact that our souls are driving and have our best intentions at heart. There are days of feeling like nothing is shifting, that no guidance is coming, days of
feeling insecure because the life we once knew is disappearing and we are unsure what the future holds. This is really the time to let go, to observe, to not over question but simply allow, to be in each moment, embrace the tears, the fears, the uncertainty for embracing what is in the moment will set these feelings free. We do not need to push through our experiences. We do not need to feel like we are not evolving when we are feeling down. We do not need to feel like we have to change right now. Loving ourselves is embracing all our emotions and allowing ourselves the rest that we so desperately need in those moments of surrender. Let us embrace these times to really be alone and rest, heal, cry, eat, and switch the mind off and the heart on to being, just simply being. We do not need to show up BIG in the world when we are going through these shifts. All we need to do is show up for ourselves to take comfort, space and rest. Finding our way gently through the shifts and into joy, fun, play, love. Be gentle, be kind, be nurturing, not forcing, not pushing, not fighting, pure surrender into the emotions that are coming up to be released, simply breathe, relax and do nothing. For doing nothing is doing far more for our spiritual growth and authenticity than we can ever do when we try to fight how we are feeling in the present moment. This will clear our internal emotional storm, bring out the sunshine, as we are reminded to play, dance and laugh once more with who we are. Within time, these days become more common than the feelings of isolation and disconnection, for we understand that in those times alone we were never really alone, and that we were building a relationship with whom we are once more. Embracing these challenges within time will bring about the greatest insights, clarity, ideas and changes we could have ever dreamt possible. We will truly know ourselves — be in support of ourselves and truly be able to show up in the way we always wanted for those around us in joy and love. Embrace your aloneness — allow yourself to know who you are and gift yourself what you truly need. YOU are so dearly loved and supported by the universe — by the divine flow of love within the core of your being. Breathe into these times and all will be well. HEN ONE FEELS and witnesses the crushing affect of the status quo on all sentient elemental life forms, as well as on the great majority of human beings, one eventually reaches the point of saying “No, enough!” Saying No comes before saying Yes, in the context of putting a brake on the slide into slavery currently besetting a great proportion of mankind. There comes a moment, in nearly everybody’s life, when one makes a stand against some intolerable treatment which is being metedout by the forces of control and subversion. Almost any incident could spark-off the resistance: stifling and stultifying bureaucracy, the crazy behavior of a neighbor, criminal bank charges, the dictatorial behavior of the boss at work – any and all ways where the law is treated as a blunt instrument of repression. They all have a common source which centers on the deliberately oppressive, competitive structure built-in to our postindustrial Westernized societies, one that crushes the humanity out of people. Although external in nature, the pressure builds and builds internally – until something gives – and one finally says “No! No more!” That is a key moment and can turn the tide of one’s life. However, the sense of liberation can be short-lived as further repressive elements are quick to occupy the void, unless one quickly fills it one’s self with something that goes beyond the purely personal; something that reaches out compassionately into the greater world. Here is where the power of No is especially needed today. We have to recognize our innate connection with all mankind as well as to the natural environment; and we have to take a stand that reflects full-on resistance to that which is continuously undermining the quality of life of this planet, and indeed its very survival.
The Power of
Because without such determination, we will all sink into the cesspit of absolute submission to the deep state and it’s centralized control system which unceasingly seeks to dominate every artery of life on this planet. For those who have gained enough awareness to recognize the deception, lies and villainy playing-out their course right in our midst, there can be no excuse for not adopting a position of defiance and determination, and to play one’s part in stopping the rot. I know how easy it is to read hundreds of articles like this and to get a temporary jolt each time, but still never actually take a stand; never really stand up to be counted; never light that fire, which pulls one out of one’s set routine and plunges one into the battle. It starts by saying No to the slippery slide into slavery. A slide which has been so well prepared to capture all who allow themselves the seeming luxury of ineptitude at a time of deep crisis.
NO
But to take this stand, and to deliver, based on one’s own sense of urgency to speak and act ‘the truth’ is an imperative which enriches our lives beyond recognition! To know one has been caught in the tentacles of the super state’s ubiquitous web and to act on that knowledge, truly does lead on to individual emancipation. And, more importantly, it puts us in touch with fellow conscious beings who are already on the road that leads out of slavery and into taking full responsibility for their actions. It demonstrates a real determination to fully support that which nourishes, rather than continues to starve, our beleaguered Earth. Here can be found the foundation of a new society; a steadily coalescing ‘people’s movement’ which will collectively enable us to control our destinies and free this planet from its demonic overlords. Overlords who we have allowed to suck on our spontaneous creativity, passion and
love, until it runs virtually dry. That first big No leads directly to an even bigger Yes! To living-out our true nature as conscious beings, defenders and guardians of this richly endowed place of beauty in which we find ourselves. You see there is nowhere else to go with our lives. Those of us who ‘understand’ are in the last line of defense to bring an end to the top-down despotic rape of all that which has value, of everything sacred. We are here for this purpose. It is our prime mission. Everything else is diversion or denial. We are living in an apocalyptic and epoch changing moment of evolution. But beware, for there are many voices telling us ‘to just sitback and watch it happen’. And these are the pseudo spiritual messengers of destruction; not the longed for guides of higher emancipation that they claim to be. They are deceivers who play on a narcissistic tendency in the human race to only look-out for one’s own interests and to try to ignore the plight of the greater life sphere. They are key accomplices of the vampiric, heartless overlords that hold this world to ransom. No, we are by now wise enough to see through their devious ways and to reject the poisoned call for self satisfied and self centered passivity. We are called upon to go forward with courage, cutting through the stupor of a sedated society; answering the call of our divine origins. A call to action. A call which starts with “No”, yet transforms instantly into “Yes”. Yes to joining in unity with all others who share a common commitment to truth, expressed in thought, word and deed.
