The all glass façades are made to ensure a flood of natural light and a sense of openness in every inch with the building’s glass enclosure featuring a double skin system tailored to Beirut’s mild winters and hot summers, with an: outer layer composed of high performance tempered glass to protect against wind and direct solar radiation, and a fully glazed inner layer. Inside this fourteen story office complex, spatial, structural and technical elements are all balanced and optimized. For example, TWO78 Capital View features a single spine corridor layout to minimize wasted space.
