Daou and Daniel Daou. Watch the stars come out over the Adelaida District as you enjoy fine company, delectable fare and DAOU Estate wines. Your immersive education unfolds over the following two days as you are instructed in the ways of the certified Sommeliers, including international wine knowledge, professional serving expertise and incisive tasting skills. Finally, on the late afternoon of July 28, you will take the Level One Certification exam— and at a minimum you will leave with indelible memories and a newfound mastery of wine.
