They should have more food and water. But I think that it is already good cause their family can pay for their kids to go to school and have more education. Well, from the picture I think that they are poor. I think that this family is positive and the line of inquiry is “Circumstances that determine an individuals access to opportunity” because they already have a car and they live in a apartment not like the family living in the picture on the top. They have a TV and sofas, and I think that they have enough food and water to live. And when I just look at the picture, I think that they are rich and poor at the same time.
