Owners Jarrad and Kirsty Carter have had their eye on the waterfront site for the past two years, and were encouraged by customer

Jarrad’s father bought the Holdfast Shores restaurant in 2007, and Jarrad and Kirsty soon joined the team in management roles. “Jarrad’s dad decided he wanted to sell the business in February 2010 and Jarrad and myself loved the concept and business so much we decided to buy the business off him
