An item from a pack of a visual language design based on the unique character of the Old Town area of Edinburgh which captures and presents the essence of the location in a graphic format. The emphasis of the project is typography and the relationship between the old and the new - historic architecture and graffiti art. This book features imagery from the location accompanied by an essay "Street Art and Consent" by Sondra Bacharach exploring public art and how it transforms the environment and its tacit norms and values.
