General Bookkeeping for Multiple Entities:
• Maintain accurate financial records.
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Reconcile bank statements.
• Prepare financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Handle Qtrly Activity Statements, TPAR reporting, and EOFY accruals.
• Maintain inter-entity loans and related interest calculations.
• Reconcile income with the Stripe Payment Gateway.
• Prepare and update cash flow forecasts.
• Create and maintain custom reports in Xero. Identify, develop, and maintain efficient systems and processes for best practices.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
• Understand and calculate the Margin Scheme as it relates to Property Development.
Payroll Management for Two Entities:
• Process payroll for approximately 15 staff.
• Handle quarterly superannuation.
• Prepare monthly PAYG-W reporting.
• Generate EOFY payment summaries.
• Monitor staff leave entitlements.
• Create and maintain Excel timesheets.
• Perform workers compensation reporting for actuals and estimates across multiple states.
Experience and Skills:
• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Xero accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel at an intermediate level.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

• Cert IV Finance (Accounting) or equivalent relevant experience.
