For the last five years David Kloet worked on projects in cities, public domain and rural landscapes in employment of Rijnboutt. He was involved in projects on different locations in the Netherlands and Europe. In his work as a senior designer he stretches his area of design from the level of a garden design to regional planning and metropolisation, and from practical solutions to innovate concepts. Heart of his works is the connection between cultural transition, social interactions and ecological processes. His mission is to make cities and landscapes more resilient and doing so contribute to a more sustainable future world.
This flipbook is a image library of inspiration I collected during my employment at Rijnboutt. It contains design criteria, concepts, methods and tools in the practice of my work as a landscape architect in the last five years according to six categories: Nature, Pattern, Tradition, Structure, Movement and Topography.
Have fun with it!
