I am highly motivated and enthusiastic about the opportunity to work within a innovative and lively practice during my placement year. Studies in both architecture and art at degree level have given me a wide range of complimentary skills; I am now eager to apply these to a position within a professional environment. I have a comprehensive set of skills ranging from concept development and explorative model making to technical detailing and high quality visualisations. Whilst I enjoy working in collaboration with others, I am also highly motivated to work independently. My interests within architecture and its design process are concerned with responding to both social and topographical context, the application of architectural theory and the manipulation of materials and light to create evocative experiential qualities.
