Once a property is up and running, our replenishment service supports you in maintaining it in tip-top condition. We hold over 1,000 items of furniture, mattresses, appliances and accessories in stock - ready to be delivered free of charge the next working day within Greater London, Greater Manchester and other selected UK locations.
Furnishing an investment property takes more than just good taste – it also requires a deep understanding of the local rental market too. Our furniture package service provides a comprehensive turnkey solution to furnishing tenanted property, with a wide range of options to suit all property types, locations, and budgets.
Our free key collection and return service enables us to deliver and assemble items without the need for someone to attend the property, and our expert delivery and installation team will make assemble and place everything in the designated room, ensure that everything’s in working order, and remove all packaging and rubbish.

Our furniture rental service has been designed to make the process of providing temporary furniture swift and easy. We can meet short to medium-term needs for those wishing to furnish a home when relocating for business or other purposes, with installation in as little as 72 hours from order confirmation.

We’ve helped to sell more than £350m of property in the last 12 months, helping to attract higher quality prospective purchasers, reduce onsale time and achieve 98% of the asking price.
Award-winning design-led furnishing company Milc joined the David Phillips family in 2015 - bringing with them over 10 years of property experience. Milc carries out high-end bespoke show homes, home staging and high-end interior design, and supplies premium furniture packages and interiors to an impressive range of clients. Focused on achieving quality and excellence, we lead a team of stylists and installation specialists to bring innovative luxury interiors to the UK property market.

INTERIOR DESIGN Our high-end interior design service offers a tailored, flexible solution to creating stunning luxury interiors. An expert interior designer will assist from conceptual stage through to the final design, installation and dressing to make sure that each project is unique and memorable.
David Phillips Contract is the Group’s specialist contract furnishing division, comprising David Phillips Student and David Phillips Housing. We specialise in working with accommodation providers of all types to create design-led ‘home from home’ environments on any scale for those living in university halls, student accommodation, retirement living developments, sheltered accommodation, and other residential settings provided by the private, public and third sectors. We offer complete service from interior design and space planning through to supply and installation of fitted and loose furniture, window treatments and floor coverings, along with dressing and styling to complete the scheme. Our in-house product team develop and source products mindful of the need to achieve a residential look and feel with contract performance. We also work with over 50 local authorities and housing associations to supply furniture, appliances and other essential items to residential properties helping to foster and deliver independent living. Our experienced project team has managed the installation and furnishing of more than 60,000 bedrooms, kitchens, residents’ lounges and common areas with fitted and loose furniture, and is on hand throughout all projects - providing an integrated turnkey service within the time frame and budget.
