CREATING EXCEPTIONAL AND ORIGINAL INTERIORS TO HELP MAKE THE MOST OF YOUR RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY

ABOUT DAVID PHILLIPS INTERIORS David Phillips Interiors is a home design and interiors specialist that combines outstanding design creativity with meticulous project management. Our flexible and personal approach is based on understanding your aspirations, collaborating with you to realise your vision and creating a property that is uniquely yours. Our team of talented designers works from our full-service design studio in central London. Together we bring to our projects 25 years of combined experience in interior design, so we have the in-depth knowledge to source the high-end pieces of furniture and original artworks that give your living space its own signature style. We track the global design trends, work closely with our networks of contractors and suppliers and are constantly sourcing new fabrics, furniture, artworks and textiles to ensure that every interior we create is exceptional and completely individual. Our attention to detail extends from site survey, through the process of developing design proposals and identifying and sourcing items, to managing the final installation and overseeing the dressing of your property. We collaborate with you to meet your aspirations, working to your budget and timeframe. Our capabilities go beyond the realms of many design specialists, encompassing all types of property from a private client’s family residence to a developer’s multi-unit scheme. This explains why we work with discerning clients to create interiors for some of the world’s most remarkable buildings.

EBURY SQUARE BELGRAVIA, LONDON

Luxurious textiles and finishes set the tone for this one-bedroom show home. The design team selected leather, dark woods, brass and matt black finishes to give a classic look that complements the grandeur of the architecture.

NORTH WEST VILLAGE WEMBLEY PARK, LONDON

Contemporary opulence: that is the theme for the one and twobedroom show apartments at one of London’s major large-scale developments. The show home design teams smart upholstery with decorative occasional furniture, while the bedrooms have statement headboards. The one-bedroom apartment draws inspiration from Art Deco styling, showcasing shagreen and vellum furniture.

PAN PENINSULA SOUTH QUAY, LONDON

This pied-a-terre in London’s Docklands displays a thoroughly modern sense of sophistication. The look is achieved through the use of a number of highly distinctive pieces, including oversized upholstery and Tom Dixon lighting. The end result is a living space that is ideal for both relaxation and entertaining.

FILAMENTS WANDSWORTH, LONDON

Every detail speaks to the buyer when it comes to showhomes. At this south west London apartment each element of the interior tells a story of luxury living, from the abstract artworks to the coffee maker. Velvet, marble and brass finishes throughout the interior complete the look.

BALTIMORE WHARF CANARY WHARF, LONDON

Bespoke joinery and carefully sourced pieces make the two bedroom apartment in London’s Canary Wharf stand out from the crowd. Those distinctive pieces include a lattice dining table and high-backed leather armchair, which are complemented by luxurious upholstery. Contemporary artworks, including sculptures, add to the character.

CENTRAL SAINT GILES LONDON

Central St Giles is one of London’s newest landmarks, with its design by Italian architect Renzo Piano boasting a brightly coloured exterior. Its penthouse design incorporates contemporary furnishings with a classic edge, a splash of colour making a passing reference to the development’s colourful aesthetic. Dark wood furniture echoes the interior finishes, while upholstery strikes a contrast.

LINCOLN’S INN FIELDS LONDON

This area of London is notable for its public square and refined architecture, and the latter provided the inspiration for this apartment. The design more than matches its setting, boasting sumptuous upholstery and curtains alongside contemporary furniture and lighting. The design team selected curved lines for furnishings and lighting to unify the overall design.

ASHLEY GARDENS LONDON

Good interior design is about making the most of original features and Ashley Gardens’ mansion apartments have a wealth of such details. The design team has complemented the Victorian architecture with a blend of modern and classic furniture and rich textiles. The colour palette is sophisticated, focusing attention on feature walls.

NUOVO MANCHESTER

Two very different show apartments maximised the market appeal of this scheme, which is spread across several buildings. One show apartment was dressed in cool Scandinavian colours complemented by light wood furniture and natural fabrics. The other provided a dramatic contrast, coupling rich fabrics with vintage accessories. The distinctive designs resonated with a diverse market ranging from first time buyers to downsizers.

ROYAL MILLS MANCHESTER

A series of eighteenth century industrial buildings provide the setting for loft-style living at Royal Mills. The design team drew inspiration from and complemented the historic architecture, referencing the development’s heritage as a cotton mill in handchosen artworks and soft furnishings, while vintage glassware and accessories give an eclectic feel.
