My Struggles, and Then I Fly Away

David Richardson

Postlude “And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God. And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.” Revelation 21:3 and 4 If I fly away before the “Blessed Hope” or if I fly away into the arms of Jesus during the “Blessed Hope”, my prayer is that I will see you at sunrise when the night ends and the morning begins. 2

And Then I crawled, I walked, I ran, and then I flew away. In the beginning, I was nothing. And then, the egg and sperm came together to make me something. And then, death overcame me to make me nothing again. And then I flew away into the bosom of Jesus to became something again.
