Melt the Souplesse in a chocolate enrobing machine or in the microwave (max. 500 Watt) to a temperature of 113 - 122°F. Then, depending on the desired thickness of the layer, Souplesse can be applied at a temperature of between 77 and 95°F. Once the Souplesse is applied it is recommended to cool the product. Cooling will enhance the shininess!
