Community Connection Complex
The Community Connection Complex is a new locale in Mile-Ex that serves as both a community center and student housing unit. The project provides low-cost, accessible housing for students struggling with precarious circumstances, while also making resources such as technology, physical and mental health services, and recreation available to the wider community. The goal of the CCC is to provide a safe and encouraging environment for young people between the ages of sixteen and twenty-five in order to champion future generations that are community-oriented, social, and capable of tackling the trials of adulthood.

Located in the heart of Rosemont - La Petite-Patrie, this adaptive reuse project transforms a modest commercial office building into a dynamic and accessible social housing complex. With a focus on barrier-free design, durable finishes and supportive amenities, CoHouse aims to create a sense of belonging among its residents while actively enriching the surrounding community.

Audiomata
Audiomata is a high-end audio electronics store, specializing in a wide range of audio equipment. Whether you’re a music enthusiast, content creator, sound engineer, gamer, or audiophile, Audiomata offers an exciting and immersive experience. From headphones to speakers and audio mixers, they provide an extensive selection of products. Reinventing the retail experience, Audiomata showcases interactive and otherworldly displays, aiming not only to introduce but to also teach customers about their equipment.

Blu Dot
Blu dot offers a unique design to its users, with carefully planned spaces to offer a great shopping experience. Our design objective is to create eye-catching displays that enhance our products and provide an engaging experience. We aim to create functional and organic circulation that allows for exploration. It is located in Griffintown, which perfectly fits our target demographic, making us more approachable and resonant with the locals.

Tortoise & Hare
Tortoise & Hare is a primary school offering specialized programming for children ages 5-12 on the autism spectrum. Using a non-toxic, sustainable design with a multi-sensory approach, it balances calming and stimulating spaces to foster intellectual, emotional, social, spiritual, and physical development. The immersive design evokes the magic of children’s stories, with rooms inspired by classics like Jack and the Beanstalk and The Three Little Pigs. The Tortoise & Hare Primary School is a safe and inspiring environment where children are free to develop at their own pace.

L’ Été Indien
L’ Été Indien is a private residence for seniors with multiple sclerosis. It is favorably located in the cozy residential neighborhood of Sainte-Marie, close to La Fontaine Park and Hôpital Notre-Dame. The project goal is to provide comfortable and independent housing with medical and personal care, planned living activities and a maintenance free lifestyle. The design inspiration comes from the mid-century modern style and richness of the Indian summer palette.

Jean Talon Youth Centre
Youth Centre Jean-Talon will be a space where young minds are given the opportunity to explore, learn and grow in a supportive environment. The centre will offer diverse opportunities for children to socialize, be artistic and learn technical skills beyond their basic school education: giving each youth a chance to discover new interests, abilities and to engage with others. It will be a place for friendships to flourish, dreams to be nurtured and futures to be shaped.

Nike Sports Facility
Located in downtown Montreal’s historic Forum, the Nike Sports Facility spans an impressive 120,000 square feet. Designed for various sports, fitness, and social activities; the facility features a state-of-the-art multipurpose court, a fully equipped gym, and a sports bar. Inspired by the Nike logo’s sleek lines and curves, the space creates an inviting atmosphere with its bold complementary colours; showcasing the brand’s dedication to innovation and cutting-edge design. The Nike Sports Facility serves as a community hub designed to empower like-minded individuals to thrive both on and off the court.

Willow Residence
Willow Residence is an apartment complex meticulously designed for seniors, blending tranquility with comfort to create a sanctuary for its residents. Nestled on Saint-Catherine, within walking distance of essential amenities, Willow Residence offers a seamless living experience where natural elements are elegantly incorporated to bring the outdoors in. This simple yet luxurious environment ensures that seniors can thrive in their golden years, enjoying both security and serenity in a home crafted with their unique needs and desires in mind.

Located in Verdun, on the lively Wellington Street, Center for Creative Education is a community center that aims to connect individuals through education while nurturing individuality in an inspiring, stimulating and inclusive space. The center offers a diverse range of classes designed to foster personal growth and draws in the community through a public café and an exhibition space which showcases the talents of local artisans. The CCE strives to create a vibrant community where creativity and learning can unite.

The First
Nestled in the heart of a bustling city, The First blends traditional elegance with modern opulence. With serene views of Dorchester Park, it offers tranquility amid the hustle. Its design combines texture, ornament, and rich materials for timeless grandeur, reflecting Montreal’s historic and cultural character. The Signature restaurant and bar lounge celebrate Montreal’s flavors, while the private mixology classes allow guests to savor seasonal tastes. Ultimately, The First is a beacon of elegance, sophistication, and luxury.

Le Rendezvous
Le Rendezvous is a unique blend of a boutique hotel and nightclub, situated in the heart of downtown Montreal. The venue aims to provide guests with an exhilarating and memorable after-dark experience, characterized by a vibrant club atmosphere. The Golden Hour Night Club caters to those seeking to immerse themselves in Montreal’s renowned nightlife scene with its beautiful panoramic views of the city!

KIARA DI MAURO
Connected
Connected co-working offices offer designers rentable workspaces within a supportive community. With a wide selection of offices and meeting rooms, what truly sets this space apart are the numerous open lounges encouraging collaboration and a range of amenities. Workers can access a sample room, printing room and wellness room. As a satellite office in the Chateauguay area, designers on the South Shore no longer need to travel to Montreal for a stimulating, yet efficient workspace. Connected strives to create a space fostering community, creativity and connection above all.

ALIK AVEDISSIAN
Midmod
Midmod is a residential condo development located in Westmount, which targets upper-middle-class families with fast-paced lifestyles. This building is a ‘sanctuary’ for its users to escape from the high pressures of work life. It provides quiet zones, such as the coffee-bookstore and a reading room for breaks; as well as a party room for hanging out with friends. It is a ‘giant house’ providing a unique lifestyle to the target group. This project inherits the Post-War Modernist style from the original building and interprets a mid-century aesthetic in a contemporary way. Large amounts of teak and sleek, black metal adorn the amenities, providing a modern and peaceful environment for the residents.

St Henri Student Housing Project
The St Henri Student Housing Project hosts a family of youth in a former factory - situated facing the Lachine Canal. This industrial space serves as both a work setting and a living space, providing a transitional environment for students as they start their new academic journey. The egalitarian focus creates a setting where connection and interdependence can flourish.

Mullins Residence
Mullins residence is a housing facility designed to cater to the needs of university students. Each student is provided with a private bedroom and bathroom, as well as common areas to foster community where they can meet and connect with others facing similar experiences.
The environment is carefully crafted to balance autonomy with a sense of belonging and mutual support for these students who are transitioning to university life.

Ravenwood Hotel
Within the mystical walls of Ravenwood Hotel lies a sanctuary, situated in the heart of Old Montreal, where mundane realities yield to embrace a world of fiction. The hotel serves as a destination for both couples and lone wanderers in search of an immersive experience. Dive into a beaux-arts timeless aesthetic, enchanted forest-themed bedrooms, and a library concealing a secret chamber.

MALAIKA MUSTAFA CHOUDHARY
“Knowledge” in Arabic, or “ilm,” is a community center and mosque that welcomes individuals of all ages and backgrounds. It serves as a place of prayer for Muslims as well as a resource for non-Muslims to learn about Islam and Arabic culture. The communal hall area of the center is often used for occasions such as weddings and Ramadan celebrations. The ultimate objective is to raise awareness and knowledge about Islam, to bring people together, all while having a fantastic time and getting to know new people.

Conveniently located near public transportation and surrounded by a vibrant atmosphere of shops, cafes, and scenic walks, it provides an immersive experience in Montreal’s rich cultural heritage. With a commitment to hospitality and excellence, the Récollet Hotel promises an unforgettable stay for visitors seeking a memorable escape.

Evergreen Hotel
The Evergreen Hotel is a brand new tourist hotel targeted to young adults who appreciate a touch of luxury. It is perfectly situated in the center of Montreal, with a view of the beautiful Phillips Square. The hotel offers two beautiful venues to host different celebrations, a vibrant bar and sophisticated Italian restaurant, and a soothing beauty center. The Evergreen aspires to create an exciting and unique hotel experience by mixing the original neoclassicism inspired architecture of the building with many biophilic elements; creating an overall enchanted forest theme.

Boutique Hotel Lavande is a luxury boutique hotel whose aim is to provide guests with an exquisite experience, combining the luxurious comfort and romance of French decadence with the vibrant tapestry of Montreal’s rich culture. Our design goals are to craft a warm and romantic setting nestled between the eras of time. Blending the historic, rich beauty of Beaux Arts architecture with contemporary luxury; using modern furniture, materials, and finishes. We aim to incorporate subtle floral and natural elements, fostering an ambience that transports our guests to the serene and idyllic landscapes of the French countryside, promoting relaxation and tranquility.

Atelier Mosaique
Atelier Mosaique is a showroom and distributor that aims to diversify and inspire the tile and stone market by inviting several international brands into the Montreal design sphere. This bright two-story space, located in Griffintown, provides a sophisticated backdrop for manufacturers to showcase their unique collections in innovative and immersive ways. The showroom serves as a comfortable space to facilitate collaboration between establishments and industry professionals, while increasing clientele and exploring the vast potential of stone and tile design.

SYDNEY MRENICA
MINImax
MINImax is a company that designs multi-use, compact, residential furniture. What makes this office work better than most is that all steps before mass production happen under one roof; eliminating the timeconsuming process of dealing with a third-party manufacturer. From research and development, planning and pricing, all the way to producing prototypes to test around the office. This means that designs can be reworked until a high-quality and affordable product is perfected. The office also has a show room for focus groups and other visitors to view the new collection.

The Harmony Hotel is a luxury boutique hotel located in the heart of Old Montreal. It is a destination that preserves and celebrates the area’s rich heritage while meeting the needs of today’s discerning traveler. Through careful attention to detail, The Harmony Hotel provides a timeless retreat that captures the allure of its historic setting while offering modern comforts and conveniences. Subtle elegance and exquisite design provide a serene and comfortable ambience. Our exacting standards and commitment to excellence promise an enchanting and memorable stay amidst a unique blend of heritage, luxury and art.

Pinterest Montreal Office
Pinterest, the well-known image sharing and social media service that provides a diverse range of inspiration to its users, has opened a new office in Montreal. This space is meant to bring comfort to employees who choose to work from the office and increase their productivity. Moreover, the goals of this design project were to maintain consistency with their Toronto office and reflect their company culture and business model, while highlighting some of Montreal’s main themes.

National Hockey League Headquarters
The National Hockey League is opening a Montreal based office for all of it’s Canadian employees and players. The goal for this office was to integrate the fundamentals of hockey itself into the design by using various materials and elements from the game in order to make its users feel more at home and have a sense of belonging within the sport that they champion. This office also promotes cooperative work between employees and eliminates a sense of hierarchy through the spatial planning and design.

Empire Hotel
The Empire Hotel, located within The Sun Life Building in Downtown Montreal, is a business hotel inspired by the building’s grandeur and the various businesses and organizations that have called it home since its construction. Dedicated to setting a new benchmark for upscale, corporate accommodations, The Empire Hotel provides business professionals and travelers with a space designed to increase productivity and seamlessly integrate work and relaxation. The hotel offers amenities such as a co-working office, a cafe, a conference center, a fitness center, and a restaurant bar, aiming to make work more stimulating and fulfilling while setting the stage for guest success during each stay.

Maison Monarque
A residential, adaptive reuse project that will transform the current Monarque Primary School with emphasis on community connection, customizable living spaces and communal areas for social interaction. Geared towards community driven individuals searching to enter the housing market, this 12-unit urban housing complex delivers loggia living to the community of Nouveau-Rosemont.

Quebec Cinema Library
The Quebec Cinema Library is located in the decommissioned structure and extension of a former Dominican church in Montreal’s Plateau area. The goal of this project is to enhance the culture and appreciation of Quebec and Canadian cinema by creating an inspiring and informative environment for movie enthusiasts, researchers and professionals. The library’s design blends the existing structure with contemporary designs and functions with the most up-to-date technology.

At The Amanté Suites, we wish for you and your significant other to have a close bonding experience at a charmed retreat.

Seas & Grass
Seas & Grass Lifestore Retail is a Canadian destination where you can find a variety of items from clothes to household goods and furniture. It also has a cozy café for customers to relax in. Plus, there is a design service available for those who need personalized space solutions. The main goal is to make shopping enjoyable for everyone. With a calm, bohemian and stylish vibe, the store aims to offer great customer service to ensure everyone feels welcome and valued.

Les Bains du Mile End draws upon the warm bathing traditions of thermal baths from Europe and Japan. This is a place to commune with peers and with our physical selves; where we will create a new type of shared ritual. These thermal baths use classic Montreal design and dynamic public architecture to revive a dormant warehouse. The restored space aims to unify users through the calming nature of water and the verdant, natural world. These elements will ground the building, and every person who may now discover it, within their unique neighborhood.

Lotus Hotel
The Lotus Hotel is a luxury boutique establishment that captures the vibrant spirit of Montreal’s day and nightlife while immersing guests in the charm of the Prohibition era and the iconic Art Deco period. With a contemporary twist, the hotel offers a unique opportunity to explore this rich historical era and its elegant design. Much like the enigmatic lotus flower, appearances can be deceiving, sparking curiosity and encouraging guests to uncover the fascinating history of speakeasies and Montreal’s influential role during Prohibition.

Tesoro
Tesoro desires to design and attract the public to exclusive, high-end Italian brands. The atmosphere is Southern Italy-inspired, showcasing trendy women’s apparel from business casual to accessories suitable for many occasions and workplaces. What makes this store worthwhile is the atmosphere, unique materials, and custom product displays. There is a complimentary espresso bar within the store, attractive layouts, and a custom designer instore for personalized services. Tesoro is an Italian word for treasure, indicating that this store is a treasure to find.
