Happy Hangout Play Place Now Open
West side kiddos ages 0 - 12 can have lots of fun hanging out at the brand-new Happy Hangout Westside play place. The giant indoor playscape — located at 2041 Anderson Ferry Road — will challenge children to navigate obstacles, climb, crawl and slide. A painted mini-city can bolster kid imaginations with pretend play as police officers, firefighters, veterinarians and more. Along with birthday party packages, the new attraction also offers classes and events, birthdays, story time, hair braiding for parents, game night, Parent's Night Out and more.

Autism and special needs store Puzzle Pieces - A Sensory Sensation (11912 Montgomery Road) launches a brand-new nonprofit this month. Abilities Without Limits will hire and train special needs employees to create shirts with uplifting, positive sayings on them. The shirts will then be sold in Puzzle Pieces and online. West Chester Academy Offers Classes for Adults
Fall specialty classes in music, dance and more have begun for kids at West Chester Academy (WCA), 8107 Market Place Dr. (extra room is always available!), but did you know the academy also offers classes for adults? You can sign up to learn an instrument (guitar, violin, drums or saxophone) or even take ballet or conditioning. Ballet is on Tuesday mornings from 8:30 - 9:15 a.m. and conditioning is on Wednesdays from 9:45 - 10:45 a.m. Now that the kids are back in school, what are you waiting for?
