RANGE
A RANGE FOR ALL REQUIREMENTS The Boxer offers a choice of body types: • Panel vans and Window Vans • Chassis Cabs, Crew Cabs and Floor Cabs to serve as a base for conversions.
The Boxer comes in two different ranges: • The 300 range is composed of three GVWs*: the 330 (3.0 tonnes), the 333 (3.3 tonnes) and the 335 (3.5 tonnes).
• The 400 range is characterised by reinforced suspension and is available with two GVWs*: the 435 (3.5 tonnes) and the 440 (4.0 tonnes).
Lastly, the Boxer also gives you a choice of different lengths and heights, so you can find the Boxer that meets your requirements.

YOUR MADE TO MEASURE BOXER On vans, you can combine three heights (2.25 m – 2.52 m – 2.76 m) with four lengths (4.96 m – 5.41 m – 5.99 m – 6.36 m) and one additional length (L2S) available specifically on the Chassis Cab.

LOADING
SIMPLE AND EFFICIENT The Boxer can meet and exceed your requirements. For example, in order to maximise load capacity, no space is wasted. The floor width between wheel arches is an optimal 1.42 m, among the best on the market, while the maximum interior width is 1.87 m. To make life easier for you, the load sill is one of the lowest on the market: between 53.5 cm and 56.5 cm .
Lastly, the three different types of rear doors and sliding side doors (whose sizes vary according to body types) have been designed to facilitate loading and unloading operations. The sill of the rear bumper is covered with a non-slip material, the hinged doors open to an angle of from 96° to 270° (optional), while a second sliding side door is available as an option. * Except H3 height version.
Stowing rings The floor has 12 or 14 stowing rings according to van version (straps not included).
12 volt socket* The Boxer comes with a 12 V socket in the load area. * Optional. .
Courtesy lights The load space has two courtesy lights (one only on length L1).
PERFORMANCE
STABILITY TO COPE WITH ALL CONDITIONS The entire range is equipped with a McPherson type wishbone front suspension with anti-roll bar. This technology offers true stability, giving the Boxer excellent road-holding characteristics while ensuring exceptional driveability. Three other types of rear suspension are also available, either as standard or as an option: • dual leaf reinforced metal suspension, • single leaf suspension designed for comfort*, • pneumatic suspension, which maintains the vehicle’s ride height at a constant level regardless of the load and permits lowering of the loading sill. Combined with 15 or 16 inch wheels (according to version), the Boxer suspension ensures comfort, safety and road holding regardless of the load transported or the number of passengers, within the limits of the vehicle’s payload. * Available according to version.
The 435 and 440 Range This is fitted with reinforced suspension as standard which, thanks to a higher maximum load capacity per axle, allows uniformity both in terms of use and road holding. Being front wheel drive, the Boxer has excellent road holding characteristics, whilst also allowing a lower load sill at the rear.
COMFORT
EVERYDAY STRESS RELIEF The Boxer is full of touches to make your life easier. Its cab is characterised by its comfort, light and practicality. The passenger compartment, which can seat up to three occupants, has been designed to ensure that each person has enough space in which to feel comfortable. The seats offer excellent support thanks to their multiple settings*, while acoustic

comfort has also been carefully considered to reduce driving noise. The Boxer’s large glazed surface area allows occupants to enjoy a wide field of vision and excellent interior brightness, which makes for a truly welcoming atmosphere. In addition, cab lighting is improved by a double courtesy light located in the centre of the roof.
Lastly, the fascia panel has multiple storage spaces.

COMFORT
THERE TO HELP WHEN YOU NEED IT The Boxer comes with numerous systems to help you while you are at the wheel.
Dual glass door mirrors The dual glass mirrors make driving and manoeuvring easier. The upper section offers a very wide field of rear vision, while the lower section provides an excellent view of the lower part of the sides of your vehicle.
They include: • automatic activation of lights*, as soon as the light level falls. • automatic windscreen wipers*, which start as soon as the first drops of rain start to fall,
• programmable overspeed alarm**, which emits an audible signal if the programmed speed is exceeded.
Rear video camera* To make manoeuvres even safer, you can equip your Boxer with a rear video camera. Incorporated in the third brake light, it transmits images of the rear of your Boxer to an LCD screen located in the overhead storage compartment as soon as reverse gear is engaged.
Audible rear parking assistance* Activated when reverse gear is engaged, this system warns you of the presence of an object or a person thanks to ultrasonic sensors installed in the lower rear panel. The presence of an obstacle is indicated by an acoustic signal which increases in frequency as the object gets nearer.

Electronic tachograph Vehicles with a GVW of 4.0 tonnes are fitted as standard, in accordance with legislation, with an electronic tachograph and a speed governor limited to 55 mph (90 km/h).
ENVIRONMENT
PEUGEOT AND THE ENVIRONMENT Protecting the environment and preserving the future of the planet are the greatest challenges we face today. For many years, Peugeot has introduced innovations to lower the consumption of its vehicles and reduce particle emissions but also to significantly reduce emissions of CO2. So, the technology of the Boxer’s various HDi engines offers both low fuel consumption and a reasonable level of emissions of CO2.
HDi technology A source of performance and economy, the Common Rail injection system is featured on every Boxer HDi engine. By injecting fuel at high pressure directly into the combustion chamber, this system reduces fuel consumption and emissions and provides extra power.
FAP The Particle Emission Filter (FAP) technology reduces emissions of pollutant particles to an unmeasurable limit, without reducing power or performance.
PERFORMS AS WELL AS YOU DO 3.0 l HDi 157 bhp* This second-generation Common Rail injection system is capable of regulating the pressure from 450 to 1800 bar according to demand. Combined with its 157 bhp and its torque of 400 Nm - exceptional for the category – this technology gives you all the performance you need for long road journeys. *Euro 5: versions available with 435 (3.5 T) and 440 (4.0 T).

2.2 l HDi 120 bhp Compared to the 100 bhp version, the 2.2 l HDi 120 bhp adopts a double flywheel (DVA), a piston cooling mode and special engine map. Combined with the power developed by its 120bhp, it performs well in town and on the open road for longer journeys.

SAFETY
INTELLIGENCE THAT PROTECTS Being safe in your vehicle is the least you can expect. That’s why the Boxer incorporates a series of innovations designed to protect you and your passengers as effectively as possible in the event of an accident.
ANTICIPATE To retain optimal balance in difficult situations, the Boxer is fitted with the following safety equipment: • Anti-lock braking system (ABS) • Emergency Braking Assistance (EBA)

Disc brakes Available as standard with four disc brakes, the Boxer is equipped with a highperformance braking system for optimal efficiency, endurance and reliability
PROTECT Fog lamps* To improve your visibility, the Boxer can be equipped as an option with fog lamps integrated in the bottom of the lower front panel. * Optional.
Air bags To protect its occupants in the event of impact, the Boxer makes no compromise: • 1 driver’s air bag and 1 front passenger’s air bag* • 2 side air bags** • 2 curtain air bags** Fuel supply safety In the event of impact, the fuel supply automatically disconnects to limit the risk of fire. * Optional. ** Only available with the individual passenger seat and “Achille” trim.
Driver’s fasten seat belt indicator The driver’s seat is equipped as standard with a fasten seat belt indicator. Safety auto-reverse on driver’s electric window The driver’s one-touch electric window is equipped with a safety auto-reverse function which is actuated the moment the window detects an obstacle.
Reinforced structure Several features of the Boxer’s structure contribute to its high level of safety: • a reinforced structure with crumple zone at the front which absorbs energy released in the event of impact, • a rigid steel structure forming a block to protect the occupants, reinforced front doors which contribute to the rigidity of the vehicle, • the dimensions of the front axles, optimised so that a part of the energy is transmitted under the body in the event of frontal collision, • Limited movement of the pedal bracket and steering column to protect the driver.
ALERT Open door locator This system detects any door left open, including in the load area, and displays a warning lamp on the instrument panel and also on the multifunction screen.
SAFETY
EXTRA SECURITY The Boxer lays great emphasis on protecting people and goods. For this purpose, it comes with multiple anti-theft devices conforming to Thatcham standard, reducing insurance premiums.
Transponder electronic immobiliser system The Boxer is equipped with a latestgeneration transponder electronic immobiliser system: when the ignition is switched on, a code is transmitted to the ECU which then gives the engine authorisation to start.
Automatic locking of doors while driving Depending on its equipment, the Boxer’s doors can lock automatically at speeds in excess of 12 mph (20 km/h). In the event of impact, they unlock automatically. Deadlocking of front and rear doors Thanks to this anti-intrusion device, it is impossible to open a door when a window is broken.

Exterior alarm and anti-lift alarm* The exterior alarm system detects and signals any attempted break-in that involves opening the doors or the bonnet. This system can be supplemented by an optional anti-lift alarm, which goes off if your vehicle is lifted for loading onto a truck. * Optional.
1. Central locking and independent locking The Boxer stands out by having two independent central locking zones: the cab and the load space. So, a control located on the centre console locks all of the vehicle’s doors, while another control, located on the door trim pad locks the load area only. Lastly, the remote control key locks and unlocks the doors of the passenger compartment independently of the doors of the load area.
2. Identification marking To make it easier to find and identify your vehicle if it is stolen, its chassis number is engraved at the bottom of the windscreen.
