THE FUTURE OF SHARED SPACES RESIDENCES

1. Drop Zone The drop zone is a contemporary version of a “mud room” brought into apartment living. It combines the foyer closet, household storage, utility washing, laundry machine, and a two-sided UV decontamination package closet that’s loaded by building staff from the corridor and retrieved by occupants inside their home.

2. Flexible Individual Work Spaces In addition to kitchen islands and dining areas designed with remote workers in mind, a movable pantry wall module slides out to reveal a height-adjustable desk for more ergonomic schooling, hobby, and professional work. At the end of the day, equipment and supplies can be conveniently concealed in the cabinet storage.

3. Bedroom Suite Designed for comfort and healthy living, the bedroom suite has integrated drapes that block light and acoustical noise, promoting sleep quality and separation from the dedicated home office area. Direct access to fresh air and natural light enhances relaxation, exercise, and work experiences.

4. Terrace Rather than a protruding balcony, an inset terrace is an open-air hallway to connect spaces in the unit. It becomes an outdoor gathering space while maintaining privacy and distance from adjacent apartments. The Terrace also includes a drone landing pad for safe aerial package delivery.
