Limoncello

La verdad no había sido gran aficionada a la famosa bebida de Limoncello hasta que viaje a el mar adriático e Italia y como no pedir la bebida tradicional del lugar y sinceramente me encanto! Por eso decidí hablar de esta peculiar bebida . El limoncello es un popular licor italiano elaborado con limones. Originario de la costa de Amalfi, normalmente se sirve frío como digestivo después de las comidas.
La preparación tradicional consiste en remojar la ralladura de limón en alcohol de grano hasta que se suelte el aceite y luego mezclar el líquido resultante con almíbar simple. El resultado es una bebida dulce, picante y refrescante. Aquí les dejo algunas recetas principales para hacer y utilizar limoncello: Limoncello Casero aunque no lo recomiendo con el limón mexicano tradicional ya que es muy ácido . Mejor acudan al restaurante Limoncello Cancún que lo realizan de forma casera y es sello de su marca , pero para los osados aquí la receta tradicional.
Ingredientes:
• 10-12 limones orgánicos (preferiblemente de Sorrento)
• 1 litro de alcohol de grano (como vodka)
• 1 litro de agua
• 700-800 gramos de azúcar
Instrucciones:
Lavar bien los limones y pelar la cáscara, evitando la parte blanca que es amarga.
Coloca las cáscaras en un frasco grande con el alcohol y déjalo reposar en un lugar oscuro durante al menos 2 semanas.
Después de 2 semanas, prepara un almíbar simple calentando el agua y disolviendo el azúcar. Deja enfriar.
Cuela el alcohol para eliminar las cáscaras de limón y Mezcla el alcohol con el almíbar simple.
Embotella el limoncello y déjalo reposar al menos una semana más antes de servir.
Nuestro preferido Cóctel Limoncello Spritz
Ingredientes:
• 60 ml de limoncello
• 120 ml de prosecco
• 30 ml de agua con gas
• Rodaja de limón
• Hielo
Instrucciones:
Llena una copa grande de vino con hielo.
Añade el limoncello, seguido del prosecco y el agua con gas.
Remueve suavemente y adorna con una rodaja de limón. Y el toque mágico según un Mixologo de Florencia es agregar un toque de vodka por lo que realizamos la prueba realizando un Limoncello D´CASA Special a bordo de nuestro Catamaran cortesía de Cunmaran
Estas recetas te permitirán disfrutar del limoncello de diferentes maneras, ya sea como una bebida refrescante, en un delicioso postre, o en un cóctel. En mi viaje lo probé en distintos restaurantes pero mi preferido fue en Palazzo Tempi Florencia realmente tenía un toque súper especial ! así que si estás en busca de una bebida diferente esta es es una excelente opción.
Limoncello

The truth is that I had not been a big fan of the famous Limoncello drink until I traveled to the Adriatic Sea and Italy and how could I not order the traditional drink of the place and I honestly loved it! That’s why I decided to talk about this peculiar drink. Limoncello is a popular Italian liqueur made from lemons. Originating from the Amalfi Coast, it is usually served cold as a digestif after meals. The traditional preparation involves soaking lemon zest in grain alcohol until the oil is released and then mixing the resulting liquid with simple syrup. The result is a sweet, spicy and refreshing drink. Here are some main recipes to make and use limoncello:
Homemade Limoncello although I do not recommend it with traditional Mexican lemon since it is very acidic. Better go to the Limoncello Cancún restaurant, which makes it homemade and is the hallmark of its brand, but for the daring, here is the traditional recipe.
Ingredients:
• 10-12 organic lemons (preferably from Sorrento)
• 1 liter of grain alcohol (such as vodka)
• 1 liter of water
• 700-800 grams of sugar
Instructions:
Wash the lemons well and peel the peel, avoiding the white part which is bitter.
Place the peels in a large jar with the alcohol and let it sit in a dark place for at least 2 weeks.
After 2 weeks, make a simple syrup by heating the water and dissolving the sugar. Let it cool.
Strain the alcohol to remove the lemon peels and mix the alcohol with the simple syrup.
Bottle the limoncello and let it sit for at least another week before serving.
Our favorite Limoncello Spritz Cocktail
Ingredients:
• 60 ml limoncello
• 120 ml of prosecco
• 30 ml of sparkling water
• Lemon slice
• Ice
Instructions:
Fill a large wine glass with ice.
Add the limoncello, followed by the prosecco and sparkling water.
Stir gently and garnish with a lemon wedge. And the magic touch according to a Mixologist from Florence is to add a touch of vodka, so we tested it by making a Limoncello

These recipes will allow you to enjoy limoncello in different ways, whether as a refreshing drink, in a delicious dessert, or in a cocktail. On my trip I tried it in different restaurants but my favorite was at Palazzo Tempi Florence, it really had a super special touch! So if you are looking for a different drink, this is an excellent option.

Studio De Schutter presenta un concepto de iluminación integral para el mercado de alimentación Le big TamTam, de 2.000 metros cuadrados, que convierte al Hanseviertel de Hamburgo en el punto de referencia que los visitantes estaban esperando.
Después de más de 15 años, la gran rotonda del Hanseviertel de Hamburgo vuelve a brillar con nuevo esplendor: el nuevo mercado de alimentación Le big TamTam combina cinco conceptos de conocidos y modernos restauradores de Hamburgo para crear una variada oferta culinaria que incluye un bar y un escenario para eventos, todo ello en un ambiente animado y colorido.
Para preparar el escenario para la reapertura, el estudio de diseño de iluminación berlinés Studio De Schutter desarrolló un concepto de iluminación integral con un sistema de iluminación flexible y adaptable para el mercado de alimentación de aproximadamente 2.000 metros cuadrados. Además, los diseñadores de iluminación desarrollaron numerosas soluciones especiales para dar a cada área su propio carácter. El espacio, diseñado por el estudio aisslinger, se encuentra en el sótano, que antes estaba cerrado y ahora es accesible a los visitantes por primera vez en años.

Studio De Schutter introduces a holistic lighting concept for the 2,000 square meter food market Le big TamTam, giving Hamburg’s Hanseviertel a beacon that visitors have been waiting for.
After more than 15 years, the large rotunda in Hamburg’s Hanseviertel is shining again with new splendor: The new food market Le big TamTam combines five concepts by well-known and trendy Hamburg restaurateurs to create a diverse culinary offering including a bar and a stage for events – all in a lively and colorful ambience.
To set the stage for the reopening, the Berlin-based lighting design studio Studio De Schutter developed a holistic lighting concept with a flexible and adaptable lighting system for the approximately 2,000 square meter food market. In addition, the lighting designers developed numerous special solutions to give each area its own character.
The space, designed by studio aisslinger, is located in the previously sealed basement, now accessible to visitors for the first time in years.
A particular challenge was not only the preservation of the postmodern jewel designed by gmp Architekten in 1980, but also the location of the restaurant in the basement of the Hanseviertel. Studio De Schutter created an atmosphere that invites you to linger in winter and summer, day and night.
The lighting concept balances the different lighting conditions between bright daylight zones and low-light areas by compensating for the lack of daylight on the one hand and setting specific accents on the other. The attraction and highlight of Le big TamTam is the centrally located bar under the dome.
The base lighting for the space is designed with spotlights that are highly customizable. Special fixtures were chosen for their interchangeability – both in light quality and distribution. This not only makes the space highly flexible, but also more sustainable. . It offers longevity if a different atmosphere is required at a later date or adjustments are made within the catering areas. Below this level of general lighting are individual zones that are playfully designed to signal the variety of food on offer. For example, while lanterns create a cloud of light over the Asian cuisine, in another area, Mexican tacos are showcased with pendant luminaires. Other special designs include cantilevered fixtures integrated into furniture and plate-shaped pendants with mirrors and plants.
The team at Studio De Schutter has brought Le big TamTam to life with expertise, sensitivity and the clever placement of lighting, giving the Hanseviertel the radiant presence that visitors have been looking forward to for so long.

HC28 Una vida tranquila en una casa con patio

La sala de exposiciones HC28 es una interpretación moderna de las casas con patio tradicionales, que presenta a los espectadores la “vida tranquila” en las casas con patio, que parece ser un diálogo entre el espacio y el tiempo, la tradición y la modernidad, Oriente y Occidente.
La historia de HC28 comienza en un lugar que se encuentra a 28 kilómetros de la Ciudad Prohibida, donde la tradición se encuentra con la modernidad y Oriente se encuentra con Occidente. HC28 A Leisurely Life in the Courtyard House

HC28 showroom is a modern interpretation of the traditional courtyard houses, presenting to the viewers the ‘leisurely life’ in the courtyard houses, which seems to be a dialogue between space and time, tradition and modernity, and East and West.
The story of HC28 begins in a place that is 28 kilometers away from the Forbidden City, where tradition meets modernity and East meets West. In Shanghai, we have created a ‘modern courtyard house’ in the showroom, which has the lingering charm of traditional courtyard houses, but with a modern aesthetic refinement through the interpretation of HC28 What is hidden in this courtyard house is not only a vivid spatial scene but also a desirable living experience!
The façade of the courtyard house is beige in color, refined and elegant, complemented by simple and transparent hollow brick walls, creating a sense of relaxation and breathability. The interior of the courtyard house retains the architectural layout of ‘a courtyard house surrounded by rooms’, and the four groups of space surrounding the courtyard house are composed of different styles and functions of living scenes. Three groups of the living space, created with the classic HC28 products, present three distinctive styles and characters.
HC28 café is connected to the courtyard house, which is paved with blue bricks, and there are communal seats everywhere, so when you step into the courtyard house, you can get away from the hustle and bustle, return to peace, feel the elegance, and find the kind of peace and leisure that you have not seen for a long time. We hope that the exhibition will be immersive and slow-paced, where visitors can go on a pleasure trip, stop to have a rest, observe, listen, and even ask questions to find the state of life they desire.
In addition, the other space is the specially created HC28 café, in which there are long tables seated around each other and tables looking at each other. It is both public and private, ceremonial and relaxing, allowing people to enjoy solitude and talk to each other. All of these can be experienced when strolling in the courtyard house.
The modern courtyard house brought by HC28 is not only a design work, but also a profound reflection of the current urban renewal, changing consumerism, and the pursuit of a fresh lifestyle in China.

High above the Fort Lauderdale City streets on the 24th floor of the stately
L’Hermitage condominium is one of Perla Lichi Design’s most chic, modern interior designs. Upon entry, visitors are immersed in natural light in this luxurious home with a see-thru view. East and west-facing windows envelop the home, guaranteeing a picturesque view of either Florida’s Intracoastal skyline or the vast azure Atlantic Ocean. Perla Lichi’s intelligently placed mirrors throughout the living and dining rooms further expand the impression of space in the unit and promise glimpses of the Intracoastal and the endless ocean whether you are being hugged by the soft leather sofa or seated on one of the suede barstools.
The Perla Lichi Design team remodeled this unit to create a luxurious three-bedroom haven, perfect for family vacations or a permanent residence. se esta hablando mucho del ingreso de Quintana Roo a la guía gastronómica Michelin, Muy bien, salvo que la gerencia se ha olvidado por completo de los restaurantes de Cancún,eligiendo restaurantes que en su opinión probablemente estén más de moda , como Playa del Carmen y Tulum. No me corresponde a mí criticar, a los responsables de Canirac emitir el arduo juicio.
En los años 70 yo era un joven restaurantero muy conocido en Suiza y en mis viajes enogastronómicos mi mejor compañera era la clásica Guía Michelin. Gracias a esta guía de la región de Lyon tuve la oportunidad de almorzar y cenar en 4 restaurantes con 3 estrellas Michelin. Fueron los años de inicio de la nouvelle cuisine.
Una noche en la cual fui a cenar con Paul Bocuse en la mesa de la recepción me llamó la atención un libro titulado Gault et Millaut. La guía gastronómica de Francia De ahí mi interés por esta guía que pocos conocen en México pero que para mí representa la mejor información para elegir un buen restaurante .Asi que con mucho gusto los voy a introducir en el mundo de Gault et Millaut
En 1972 vio la luz la primera Guía Gault Millau de Francia y trazó a el nuevo camino de la gastronomía de la época. Al viajar por todo el país en busca de restaurantes considerados dignos de interés, la guía no se basa en los criterios típicos de la guía Michelin rival (suntuosidad del restaurante, de los platos o excelencia de la limpieza), sino que presta mayor atención al sabor. , la presentación de los platos y a la imaginación del chef, valorando y recomendando restaurantes independientemente de la opinión de otros guías. Con el tiempo la guía ha adquirido fama internacional, hasta el punto de ser definida por la revista Time como “el nuevo testamento”, para distinguirla de la Guía Michelin, considerada “el antiguo testamento”.
Todo debe ser “nuevo”La cocina que defienden está en consonancia con los movimientos de la época: la emancipación de la mujer, la preservación de la naturaleza, el desafío a las jerarquías sociales. Dubrovnik, situada en el extremo sur de Croacia, es una verdadera joya del mar
Adriático que desde hace mucho tiempo mi familia y yo queriamos conocer y explorar. Esta ciudad conocida como la “Perla del Adriático”, deslumbra con su impresionante casco antiguo, rodeado por murallas medievales que se extienden a lo largo de casi dos kilómetros. Fundada en el siglo VII, Dubrovnik es considerada un importante puerto y centro de comercio, famosa por su diplomacia y comercio marítimo.
Como parte de nuestro recorrido, llegamos al puerto y fuimos trasnportados a bordo de un TIK TUK (transporte típico de Dubrovnik), para poder disfrutar de las vistas de la ciudad y conocer su historía a través de un guía local. Seguidamente, el tour concluyo en el centro de la ciudad, donde uno no pudimos evitar sentirnos transportados en el tiempo. Las vistas panorámicas del mar Adriático y del casco antiguo son simplemente espectaculares. La calle principal, Stradun, es el corazón palpitante de la ciudad, llena de tiendas, cafés y monumentos históricos.
Una de las experiencias más memorables que vivimos fue visitar el Fuerte Lovrijenac, situado en un acantilado fuera de las murallas de la ciudad. Este fuerte, conocido como la “Gibraltar de Dubrovnik”, no solo ofrece vistas impresionantes, sino que también ha sido escenario de diversas producciones cinematográficas, incluida la famosa serie “Juego de Tronos”. Como fanática de la serie, fue fascinante recorrer los lugares donde se filmaron algunas de las escenas más representativas.
Alrededor de la una de la tarde una vez realizado el recorrido por el centro, decidimos tomar un barco que te daba un recorrido por la zona, ofreciendote vistas diferentes y permitiendote estar en una playa alrededor de tres horas, donde no dudamos en meternos en sus aguas cristalinas, aunque un poco frías. Finalmente, disfrutamos de poder tomar el sol por un tiempo y comer comida nacional antes de volver a nuestro crucero.
En mi opinión, Dubrovnik es un destino único que combina la cultura, la historia y la belleza natural. Cada visita nos dejó con las ganas de regresar y continuar descubriendo esta ciudad y sus alrededores. This city, known as the “Pearl of the Adriatic”, dazzles with its impressive old town, surrounded by medieval walls that stretch for almost two kilometers. As part of our tour, we arrived at the port and were transported aboard a TIK TUK (typical Dubrovnik transport), to enjoy the views of the city and learn about its history from a local guide. The tour then concluded in the city center, where one could not help but feel transported back in time. The panoramic views of the Adriatic Sea and the old town are simply spectacular. The main street, Stradun, is the beating heart of the city, full of shops, cafes and historical monuments.
One of the most memorable experiences we had was visiting Fort Lovrijenac, located on a cliff outside the city walls. This fort, known as the “Gibraltar of Dubrovnik”, not only offers stunning views, but has also been the setting for various film productions, including the famous series “Game of Thrones”. As a fan of the series, it was fascinating to tour the places where some of the most representative scenes were filmed.
Around one in the afternoon, after having completed the tour of the center, we decided to take a boat that gave you a tour of the area, offering you different views and allowing you to stay on a beach for about three hours, where we did not hesitate to get into its crystal-clear, although slightly cold, waters. Finally, we enjoyed being able to sunbathe for a while and eat national food before returning to our cruise ship.
In my opinion, Dubrovnik is a unique destination that combines culture, history and natural beauty. Each visit left us wanting to return and continue discovering this city and its surroundings. With its timeless charm and rich heritage, Dubrovnik was undoubtedly one of the most precious jewels of our trip.

Afinales del año pasado tuvimos mi esposa Cristina y yo la oportunidad de cruzar el océano, para realizar una excursión de buceo en unos de los arrecifes mas bellos del mundo, el archipiélago de Rajan Ampat, en Indonesia
Los vuelos fuero largos para llegar a el puerto de Sorong, para después abordar una lancha que nos levo a una isla localizada en el mero centro del triángulo de coral
La isla lleva por nombre de Sorido Bay en Papua, a parte de las cabañas de lujo, tienen una operación de buceo muy bien montada, Papua Diving .
Después de dejar nuestro equipaje, nos hicimos a la mar para realizar nuestra primera, inmersión. Fuimos recibidos por un gran cardumen de jureles, quienes nos guiaron a un jardín de delgadas esponjas. Mi prima Roció me llamaba con insistencia pues había encontrado un pequeño tiburón wobbegong o tiburón alfombra. Ese tipo de tiburones no existen en nuestras aguas. La palabra wobbegong, se cree que proviene de una lengua aborigen australiana, que significaría algo así como barba áspera en referencia a los filamentos que crecen alrededor de su boca y son un elemento que facilita su excelente camuflaje, además actúan como receptores sensoriales
Los tiburones wobbegons viven el fondo marino y pasan gran tiempo de descansando
La mayoría mide 1.25 metros excepto el wobbegon manchado o moteado que puede llegar a alcanzar los 3 metros de longitud. Esta especie de tiburones se alimentan de noche y su dieta incluye peces, pulpos, cangrejos y langostas. Es conocido también como caza tiburones pues se alimentas de ellos
Los wobbegons no son peligrosos para los humanos a menos que sean provocados
Estos tiburones se encuentran en aguas poco profundas de los océanos Pacifico e Indico, principalmente en torno a Australia, Indonesia y Filipinas y no estan en peligro de desaparicion. Su principal depredador son los tiburones de arrecife mas grandes que ellos
Segumos nuestra travesia submarina , y observamos gorgonias de gran tamaño, que en sus bases descansan los peces mariposas y de sus ralas cuelgan las crinolinas .
Los corales blandos lucian sus brillantes colores y sus diferentes formas, en conjunto con los corales duros y otros organismos dan forma a uno de los ecosistemas mas complejos y bellos de toda la creacion, los arrecifes de coral. Ademas de su asombrosa diversidad, los jardines arrecifales superan a cualquier paisaje de tierra firme en delicadeza y colorido. Sostenido por el agua, el tejido vivo adquiere las formas mas inusitadas y sutiles. El colorido de los seres fijos de los arrecifes es desbordante. El resultado final es un mundo magico, de cuento de hadas, en donde lo imposible se puede volver realidad .Y dan refugio a un sinfín de vida marina, de diversas formas y colores, como tortugas, anemonas, en donde viven los peces payasos, almejas gigantescas y mantas gigantes .
Asi podria yo seguir por horas enumerando las mas de 1000 especies de peces, mas de 500 especies de corales y que existen en la zona. No hay ningún otro sitio como este en el planeta. Aquí, las formaciones calcáreas y su erosión permiten disfrutar de un paisaje único, salpicado por diferentes islotes con espectaculares fondos marinos cubiertos por aguas cristalinas.

Atthe end of last year my wife Cristina and I had the opportunity to cross the ocean to go on a diving excursion to one of the most beautiful reefs in the world, the Rajan Ampat archipelago in Indonesia.
The flights were long to get to the port of Sorong, and then we boarded a boat that took us to an island located in the very center of the coral triangle.
The island is called Sorido Bay in Papua, and apart from the luxury cabins, they have a very well-organized diving operation, Papua Diving.
After leaving our luggage, we went out to sea to make our first dive. We were greeted by a large school of horse mackerel, who guided us to a garden of thin sponges. My cousin Rocio called me insistently because she had found a small wobbegong shark or carpet shark. These types of sharks do not exist in our waters.
The word wobbegong is believed to come from an Australian Aboriginal language, which means something like rough beard in reference to the filaments that grow around its mouth and are an element that facilitates its excellent camouflage, in addition they act as sensory receptors

We continue our underwater journey, and we observe large gorgonians, with butterfly fish resting on their bases and crinolines hanging from their fins.
Soft corals display their brilliant colors and different shapes, together with hard corals and other organisms, they form one of the most complex and beautiful ecosystems in all of creation, coral reefs. In addition to their amazing diversity, reef gardens surpass any land landscape in delicacy and color. Supported by water, the living tissue takes on the most unusual and subtle forms. The color of the reef’s fixed beings is overflowing. The end result is a magical, fairy-tale world, where the impossible can become reality. And they provide shelter to an endless number of marine life, of various shapes and colors, such as turtles, anemones, where clownfish live, giant clams and giant manta rays.
I could go on for hours listing the more than 1,000 species of fish, more than 500 species of coral that exist in the area. There is no other place like this on the planet. Here, the limestone formations and their erosion allow you to enjoy a unique landscape, dotted with different islets with spectacular seabeds covered by crystal-clear waters.
This is the Rajan Ampat archipelago, in Indonesia, in the area of West Papua, in the center of the coral triangle.

China en las Olimpiadas de París 2024
Másallá de la competencia deportiva, las Olimpiadas son un escenario donde se celebra la diversidad cultural del mundo. Uno de los momentos más esperados de este evento, sin duda alguna, es la ceremonia de apertura, donde los uniformes de cada equipo nacional se convierten en una extensión de la identidad y el orgullo de su país. Este espectáculo visual no solo atrae la atención de los espectadores, sino que también refleja la colaboración única entre el deporte y la moda, transformando la ceremonia de apertura en una pasarela global de cultura.
En las Olimpiadas de París 2024, los uniformes de los atletas chinos destacan por su diseño y significado cultural. Los hombres lucieron una chaqueta roja combinada con pantalones blancos, mientras que las mujeres llevaban una falda roja, tacones altos y una chaqueta para las ceremonias de apertura y clausura. Estos uniformes, patrocinados por la marca china de ropa deportiva Anta, han sido bautizados como “Champion Dragon Clothes”, conservando el diseño tradicional de los elementos del dragón chino, los colores predominantes son el rojo y el blanco, simbolizan la herencia cultural de China.
El “Champions Dragon Outfit” se inspira en la mitológica criatura del dragón chino, por lo que incorporan maravillosos detalles como escamas y bigotes de dragon mediante sorprendentes técnicas de grabado, patchwork y bordado. Este uniforme no solo tiene un significado especial para cada atleta, sino que también es un tributo al año del dragón en China, en el que actualmente nos encontramos, el cual es un símbolo de poder y fortaleza.
Zhu Chenye, vicepresidente de Anta, ha fusionado la rica cultura del dragón con innovaciones en tecnología textil ecológica lo que es una atractiva propuesta para la concientización del medio ambiente. Los atuendos están confeccionados con fibras recicladas y materiales sostenibles, como nylon y poliéster reciclados, lo que reduce significativamente las emisiones de carbono. Este enfoque no solo resalta la estética y el simbolismo cultural, sino que también demuestra un compromiso con la sostenibilidad ambiental.
Los uniformes olímpicos siempre han captado la atención mundial, y el diseño de China no es la excepción. La combinación de elementos tradicionales y tecnología verde ha dado como resultado una indumentaria que no solo es visualmente impresionante, sino también ambientalmente responsable.
El diseño de este uniforme destaca por su simplicidad y elegancia. Los patrones de dragón en las mangas, las cabezas de dragón en las cremalleras y los patrones de las chaquetas, inspirados en los ladrillos de la Gran Muralla, son ejemplos de cómo la cultura china se entrelaza con el diseño moderno.
La combinación de rojo y blanco nunca pierde el estilo, y definitvamente, fue una decisión acertada de los diseñadores, pues resulta impactante, y junto a los detalles del uniforme, transmiten una imagen poderosa y sofisticada. Asimismo, durante la ceremonia de apertura, llamada “Chasing Dreams”, pudimos observar también elementos de la cultura tradicional china. En el escenario de los Juegos Olímpicos de París, estos uniformes son más que simples prendas; son emblemas culturales que ofrecen a los atletas internacionales una ventana hacia la rica herencia china, fomentando el intercambio cultural entre naciones.

One of the most anticipated moments of this event, without a doubt, is the opening ceremony, where the uniforms of each national team become an extension of their country’s identity and pride. This visual spectacle not only attracts the attention of spectators, but also reflects the unique collaboration between sport and fashion, transforming the opening ceremony into a global catwalk of culture.
At the Paris 2024 Olympics, the uniforms of the Chinese athletes stand out for their design and cultural significance. The men wore a red jacket paired with white trousers, while the women wore a red skirt, high heels and a jacket for the opening and closing ceremonies. Sponsored by Chinese sportswear brand Anta, these uniforms have been named “Champion Dragon Clothes,” retaining the traditional design of Chinese dragon elements, the predominant colors being red and white, symbolizing China’s cultural heritage.
