Ads should be supplied on a CD or via FTP or email as a highres PDF (CMYK, 300 DPI, fonts embedded). All fonts should be converted to outlines or supplied. Please provide a color proof produced under SWOP specification (www.swop.org) when you submit new color ad material. We will do our best to match the proof that you supply, but due to CMYK magazine printing standards, we cannot guarantee color accuracy. We do not accept film. if using large fields of black in a full color ad, please use a 4 color build instead of 100% black. (ie c 20/m 20/y 20/k 100). A fee of $150 will be charged if a file is received after 12:00 Noon, two business days after Materials Close date.

SPONSOR PACKAGES DC Life magazine event sponsorships are designed to allow participating companies to enjoy a competitive advantage by only having a limited number of sponsors (usually a maximum of 4) at each event.*
ACCLAIMED SPONSOR ($10,000-20,000)
This premiere sponsorship level receives all the typical sponsorship benefits (at right) as well as “naming rights” of our event. For example: “DC Life Fashion Week 2013, presented by XYZ Company”. As a Presenting Sponsor, your company will also receive a prominent speaking role as well as the ability to have input into some design details of the event.
SIGNATURE SPONSOR ($7,000-12,500)
DC Life magazine events are unique in that we limit our sponsorships to a total of 5 sponsors per event (1 Presenting, 4 Signature sponsors). As a result, our Signature Sponsors receive prominent billing and inclusion in awards presentation and other participation in our events.
TABLE SPONSOR ($1,500)
Table sponsorships offer the opportunity for companies to receive recognition at events on a personal level. Companies opting for this sponsorship level receive recognition through signage throughout the event, table solely for the company to use for employees and clients as well as recognition in the program. Sponsorships at this level are unlimited.
