Enjoy the king-size main bedroom, queen-size guest room, and queen sofa sleeper in the large living room, as well as a spacious kitchen, large dining table and laundry room.

Hello! We are Tim and Melissa Milligan. After living and raising our two children in Dripping Springs, TX we moved to Rockport in 2023 to enjoy life on the coast.
In our free time, we enjoy our 3 dogs, boating, fishing, hunting, exploring the many shops in the area, and meeting our guests here at Goose Island Flats.

CANINE COMPANIONS
Please use provided pet blankets on the couch or bed. Clean up after your dog using the provided bags and place in outdoor trash bin
CLEANING YOUR CATCH
When using the fish cleaning station please bag up your fish waste and put in the trash cans by the fence.
KEEPING IT DRY
The dehumidifier should be kept on at all times
SEPTIC SYSTEM
Please don’t flush anything except toilet paper. All other items must go in the trash.
STAIN -STOPPER
Black washcloths are provided for use with make-up and/or self tanner.
IMPORTANT
We are on a water well. It is safe for all purposes The best-tasting water is from the drinking spout on the kitchen sink.

"The living area and kitchen were much bigger than the pictures let on The rooms were large, with comfortable beds. Our daughter loved, and I can not emphasize this enough, loved watching the deer and birds eat from the deer feeder. The porch was the perfect place to sit (we are buying some of these chairs) and drink coffee in the morning and wine at night while enjoying the view of the bay. We are already planning a trip back to this cabin!
