As we prepare for the launch of so many new and amazing things, here's a couple of reminders and a few answers you may be searching for. We're sure not everything will go exactly as planned and some changes will take longer than others, but know we are busy making everything great. Thank you for being patient as we work towards the first day of an amazing new chapter!
40% Off Pre-Sale Reminder Don't miss your last opportunity to pre-order new jewelry at 40% off! Stylists and Ambassadors can take advantage of the benefit, but only through midnight MT tonight.
Host Rewards Reminder CBA's official Host Rewards program will not be continuing, so make sure to close any open Pop-ups before midnight tonight. (This will ensure that all associated orders are accounted for and that rewards will be generated.) - Hosts don't need to use their rewards before midnight. They will carry over and can be used later. - Any Pop-ups that are still open as the transition takes place will be automatically closed as-is. We cannot guarantee the ability to make changes/corrections to Pop-ups going forward.
Jewelry Launch / System Transition Reminder The corporate website and all Stylist personal websites will be down for several hours as we update the system with new jewelry, new content, and new programming to support Ambassador registration and commissions. - Expect your website and back office to be unavailable from midnight MT tonight through late afternoon tomorrow, Wednesday, August 1. - Look for specific timing and launch updates via email and social media.

Fall Jewelry Launch FAQ Q. When will my customers be able to purchase items from the new line? A. Items should be available on your personal websites by late afternoon tomorrow, Wednesday, August 1. Look for specific timing and launch updates via email and social media. Q. When will I be able to see the new catalog? A. An electronic version of the catalog will be available tomorrow. Physical catalogs should be available for purchase beginning Monday, August 6 or earlier. We will provide specific details as soon as possible. Q. When will I be able to order new fall jewelry with Host Rewards? A. Right away. Even though the Host Rewards program is going away, Stylists will still have the capability to place Hostess Rewards orders in their back office.

Ambassador Program Launch FAQ Q. I'm a new Ambassador. When will my back office be completed? When will I be able to order without using a coupon code? A. Ambassador back offices will be accessible and mostly complete tomorrow afternoon. (We will continue to update the back office with information, training, and updates in the weeks to come.) You should be able to place orders there via an all-new, easier shopping experience and see your Ambassador discount - without the coupon code!
Q. I'm a new Ambassador. When will I start earning commissions and be able to add new Ambassadors to my team? A. You should be able to recruit new Ambassadors and start earning commissions as soon as the system is live late tomorrow afternoon. Hooray! Welcome to CBA! We will provide specific training on how to use the back office, how to place orders, and how to add new Ambassadors in the days to come.
Q. I'm a current CBA Stylist. When will the Ambassador compensation program go into effect for me? A. As of just after midnight tonight, all Stylists will be converted to Ambassadors in terms of compensation.
Q. I'm a current CBA Stylist. How will my back office look different? A. The back office for current Stylists will appear exactly the same as it does today through the end of the July commission run on August 10th, with 2 major differences... 1. You will not have the ability to create, close or modify Pop-ups. - You will be able to place Host Rewards orders for previous Pop-ups. - You will not have the ability to place a Bulk Order. (We are working on an alternative option for Bulk Orders going forward, and hope to have the functionality available in the next few weeks.) 2. You will only have access to the Ambassador order type. - Ambassador orders will automatically apply your 25% discount. - Supplies and other non-commissionable items (catalogs, tee-shirts, etc.) are not currently available on Ambassador Orders. We will work to update that functionality in the next few days.
On August 10th, Stylist back offices will be converted to Ambassador back offices, which are much simpler in terms of information provided. For example, rank and extensive volume data will be removed, as will trip points and multiple reports relative to your team. Not to worry! We will store a snapshot of your up-to-date personal and team data as a reference. Access to historical data will be available via a link in former-Stylists' back offices for several months.
Q. When will Ambassadors start receiving their official welcome package? A. Ambassador welcome packages will include a copy of the current CBA catalog. We will send packages to all Ambassadors who registered during pre-launch and to anyone who joins in early August as soon as print catalogs are available.
