A training course for high school graduates or young students changing their course to have an overall understanding of the fashion industry with the goal of integrating into our first year Fashion Design or Business undergraduate programs.

Curriculum

Learn the techniques of artistic expression: drawing live models, sketching, photography, videos, illustrations, graphic design, color palettes

Learn the basics of fashion design: the principles of portfolio creation, color and material research Introduction to pattern-making: 3D volumes, flat pattern-making techniques

Development of fashion culture, introduction to flagship labels in France and abroad, fashion trends and trend bureaus, etc.

Explore French and International Art History

Introduction to the notion of a labels, targets, product development, collections, distribution, merchandising and communications.

French classes (French as a Foreign Language) for English-speaking students.
