Her career started as a Transaction Coordinator for a Mortgage company in 1993, she then obtained her Real Estate license in the state of WA in 99 , and her Broker’s li ense in Oregon in 2002. She spent seven years in marketing and sales for Title Companies and returned to real estate in 2010 as a Broker working directly with Debbie Tebbs. Christina is married with two grown boys and a daughte r in middle school. Stephanie Wilson Ruiz, originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, relocated to Bend in 2003 with a boutique private investment firm from Palo Alto, CA. Prior to obtaining her Oregon Real Estate Broker's license in 2009, she had been in the finance industry since 1998. She also participates in her neighborhood HOA, school PTO/TEAM, and local sports programs. Stephanie is married with three children. In her extra time, she enjoys being with family and friends, working out, traveling, water skiing, hiking, and biking.
