Christina Wise, Broker Executive Assistant Deb Tebbs Group Christina Wise, a native Oregonian, moved to Bend from Washington State 14 years ago to raise her family. Her career started as a Transaction Coordinator for a Mortgage company in 1993, she then obtained her Real Estate license in the state of WA in 99 , and her Broker’s li ense in Oregon in 2002. She spent seven years in marketing and sales for Title Companies and returned to real estate in 2010 as a Broker working directly with Debbie Tebbs. Christina is married with two grown boys and a daughte r in middle school. Her hobbies include spending time wi th her family and friends, playing cards, hiking, snowshoeing and co mpetition softball for Bend Parks and Recreation. Stephanie Wilson Ruiz, originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, relocated to Bend in 2003 with a boutique private investment firm from Palo Alto, CA. Prior to obtaining her Oregon Real Estate Broker's license in 2009, she had been in the finance industry since 1998. She also participates in her neighborhood HOA, school PTO/TEAM, and local sports programs. Stephanie is married with three children. In her extra time, she enjoys being with family and friends, working out, traveling, water skiing, hiking, and biking. She enjoys working with people an d the challenge of finding the perfect home or investments for her clients.

Jessica Venable graduated from the Art Institute of Seattle with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design. Before working in real estate, she was a Compliance Specialist with Wells Fargo where she assisted clients in resolving service issues, during one of the most difficult times in the housing market. Jessica relocated to Central Oregon from Seattle, six years ago, to be closer to her family.
