Airbrush Warranty & Cleaning

AIRBRUSH PROGRAM:

In order to service your airbrush equipment and help keep your system running smoothly, we offer a simple program to ensure your cake decorating equipment is always in good working condition.

AIRBRUSH GUNS:

1. Our Customer Service Representatives are trained to service airbrush guns and associated parts, you can reach them at 1-800-DECOPAC for immediate assistance. They will assist cake decorators with proper cleaning techniques and minor adjustments. We encourage you to properly clean your equipment on a regular basis; if not we find most airbrush guns have the potential to malfunction. If this occurs, we are often able to resolve the situation through our in–house service. (NOTE: There is no charge for contacting our trained representatives)

2. If you encounter more stubborn problems, send us the airbrush gun and or associated parts and we will rehabilitate and return your item within four to five weeks. We also offer reconditioned airbrushes in exchange for the same make and model. DecoPac and all other models will be rehabilitated or exchanged for a flat fee of $30.00.

AIRBRUSH COMPRESSORS:

If your compressor is not working properly and you cannot resolve the issue, please contact DecoPac directly at 1-800-DECOPAC for further assistance.

1. The manufacturer’s one year warranty is limited to defective parts or workmanship only. The manufacturer’s warranty may be void if general maintenance is not performed or is considered normal wear and tear.

2. If it is determined that the airbrush compressor must be returned to the manufacturer for adjustment, we will issue a Fed Ex Call Tag for the return of the compressor as long as it is within the warranty period of one year from the date of the purchase. A copy of the purchased invoice is required to receive the service.

3. You will need to place an order if:

• The compressor is not under warranty/is not returned in packaging to prevent further damage. We are not able to service the compressor and/or provide a replacement.

CLEANING YOUR AIRBRUSH:

1. Rinse airbrush gun with water between colors.

2. At end of day, clean airbrush with CleanAire® (page 345).

3. Rinse with water and let dry overnight.

Para realizar el debido mantenimiento de su equipo de aerógrafo y ayuda a conservar el buen funcionamiento del Sistema, ofrecemos un programa simple que le permite asegurar que su equipo de decoración de pasteles este siempre en buenas condiciones.

PISTOLAS DE AEROGRAFÍA:

1. Nuestros representantes de Servicio al Cliente están capacitados para hacer el mantenimiento de pistolas de aerografía y piezas relacionadas. Llame al 1-800-DECOPAC para obtener asistencia inmediata. Ellos colaboraran con los decoradores de pasteles para que aprendan las técnicas apropiadas de limpieza y ajustes menores. Recomendamos limpiar correctamente los equipos en forma regular, de lo contrario la mayoría de las pistolas de aerografía pueden presentar problemas. En ese caso, podemos resolver el problema a través de nuestro servicio de nuestro mantenimiento interno. (NOTA: no se aplican cargos por contactar a los representantes capacitados)

2. Si los problemas persisten, envíenos la pistola de aerografía o las partes relacionadas, corregiremos el problema y le devolveremos el artículo en un plazo de cuatro a cinco semanas. También ofrecemos el reemplazo de los aerógrafos DecoPac reacondicionados de la misma marca y modelo. Se aplica una tarifa fija de $30.00 por el arreglo o reemplazo de los aerógrafos DecoPac y todos los demás modelos.

COMPRESORES DE AEROGRAFÍA:

Si su compresor no funciona en forma correcta y no puede solucionar el problema, comuníquese directamente con DecoPac al teléfono 1-800-DECOPAC para obtener ayuda.

1. La garantía de un año del fabricante se limita a defectos en las piezas o mano de obra únicamente. La garantía del fabricante puede quedar anulada si no se realiza un mantenimiento general o si se considera que el defecto es parte del desgaste y deterioro normales.

2. En caso de que se determine necesario enviar el compresor de aerografía al fabricante para arreglarlo, nuestros representantes emitirán una etiqueta de FedEx para la devolución del compresor siempre que se encuentre dentro del periodo de garantía de un año de la fecha de compra. Se requiere una copia de la factura de compra para recibir el servicio.

3. Tendrá que hacer una orden para un compresor nuevo si: • El compresor no está en garantía y no es devuelto en un empaque donde la unidad no tome daños adicionales. No somos capaces de dar mantenimiento oproporcionar un reemplazo.

LIMPIEZA DEL AERÓGRAFO:

1. Enjuague la pistola de aerógrafo entre colores.

2. Limpie su pistola de aerógrafo con “CleanAire®" al final del día (página 345).

3. Enjuague con agua y deje secar durante la noche.
