Dear Participants and Organizers, The City of Oxnard Recreation & Community Services would like to welcome you to a new school year. We look forward to fun filled seasons that emphasize enjoyment of sports, skills, sportsmanship and team play. A very important reminder, all non City of Oxnard employees must be cleared if they plan to be on the bench or sideline. All personnel that participate in any City of Oxnard youth sports leagues or tournaments must have been cleared through the City’s Human Resources Department after May 2012. The process will take four to six weeks. It is imperative that the process begins as soon as possible for any new personnel. The City of Oxnard recognizes this inconvenience may limit the amount of teams you may enter due to the timeliness of league start up. I can be reached at (805) 385-8386 for further information.
