Jingle Bells Dashing through the snow in a one horse open sleigh, Over the fields we go, laughing all the way. Bells on bob tail ring, making spirits bright, What fun it is to ride and sing a sleighing song tonight. Oh! Jingle Bells, jingle bells, jingle all the way, Oh, what fun it is to ride on a one-horse open sleigh . Hey! Jingle Bells, jingle bells, jingle all the way, Oh, what fun it is to ride in a one horse open sleigh. A day or two ago, I thought I’d take ride, And soon Miss Fanny Bright, was seated by my side. The horse was lean and lank, misfortune seemed his lot, He got into a drifted bank and then we got upsot. Oh! Jingle bells, jingle bells, jingle all way… A day or two ago, the story I must tell, I went out on the snow, and on my back I fell A gent was riding by in a one horse open sleigh, He laughed as there I sprawling lie but quickly drove away! Jingle bells, jingle bells, jingle all way… Now the ground is white, go it while you’re young, Take the girls tonight, and sing this sleighing song. Just get a bob tailed bay, two forty as his speed, Hitch him to an open sliegh and crack! You’ll take the lead. Oh! Jingle bells, jingle bells, jingle all the way...

Frosty the Snowman Frosty the snowman was a jolly, happy soul, with a corncob pipe and a button nose, and two eyes made out of coal. Frosty the snowman is a fairytale they say He was made of snow, but the children know how he came to life one day. There must have been some magic in that old silk hat they found, For when they placed it on his head, He began to dance around. Oh, Frosty the snowman was alive as he could be, and the children say he could laugh and play, just the same as you and me. Frosty the snowman knew the sun was hot that day, So he said “Let’s run and we’ll have some fun , now before I melt away. Down to the village with a broomstick in his hand, Running here and there, all around the square, Sayin “Catch me if you can!” He led them down the streets of town Right to the traffic cop, And he only paused a moment when He heard them holler, STOP! For Frosty the Snowman had to hurry on his way, but he waved goodbye, sayin Don’t you cry, i’ll be back again someday Thumpety thump thump, thumpety thump thump, look at Frosty go; Thumpety thump thump, thumpety thump thump Over the hills of snow. Winter Wonderland Sleigh bells ring, are you listenin’ In the lane, snow is glistenin’ A beautiful sight, we’re happy tonight, walkin’ in a winter wonderland. Gone away is the bluebird, Here to stay is a new bird. He sings a love song as we go along, Walkin In a winter wonderland. In the meadow we can build a snowman Then pretend that he is Parson Brown; He’ll say, “are you married? We’ll say “No man, but you can do the job when you’re in town!” Later on we’ll conspire, as we dream by the fire, to face unafraid the plans that we made, Walkin in a winter wonderland In the meadow we can build a snowman And pretend that he’s a circus clown; We’ll have lots of fun with mister snowman, until the other kiddies knock him down! When it snows, aint it thrillin’, Though your nose gets a chillin? We’ll frolic and play the Eskimo way, Walkin in a winter wonderland, Walkin in a winter wonderland, Walkin in a winter wonderland.

Have yourself a Merry Little Christmas Have yourself a merry little Christmas; Let your heart be light. From now on, our troubles will be out of sight. Have yourself a merry little Christmas; Make the yuletide gay. From now on, our troubles will be miles away. Here we are as in olden days, happy golden days of yore. Faithful friends who are dear to us, gather near to us once more. Through the years, we all will be together, if the fates allow. Hang a shining star upon the highest bough, And have yourself a merry little Christmas now.

White Christmas I’m dreaming of a white Christmas Just like the ones I used to know, Where the tree tops glisten, and children listen To hear sleigh bells in the snow. I’m dreaming of a white Christmas With every Christmas card I write: May your days be merry & bright, And may all your Christmases be white. Away in a Manger Away in a Manger, no crib for a bed, The little Lord Jesus laid down his sweet head. The stars in the sky looked down where he lay, The little Lord Jesus asleep on the hay. The cattle are lowing, the poor Baby wakes, But little Lord Jesus no crying He makes. I love thee Lord Jesus, look down from the sky, And stay by my cradle till morning is nigh. Be near me, Lord Jesus, I ask Thee to stay Close by me forever and love me I pray. Bless all the dear children in Thy tender care, And take us to heaven to live with Thee there.

The Christmas Song Chestnuts roasting on an open fire Jack Frost nipping at your nose Yuletide carols being sung by a choir, and folks dressed up like Eskimos. Everybody knows A turkey and some mistletoe Help to make the season bright. Tiny tots with their eyes all a glow Will find it hard to sleep tonight. They know that Santa’s on his way He’s loaded lots of toys and goodies on his sleigh. And every mother’s child is gonna spy to see if reindeer really know how to fly. And so I’m offering this simple phrase, to kids from one to Ninety two: Although it’s been said many times, many ways, Merry Christmas, Merry Christmas, Merry Christmas to you.

Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer You know Dasher and Dancer and Prancer and Vixen, Comet and Cupid and Donner and Blitzen But do you recall The most famous reindeer of all? Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer Had a very shiny nose, And if you ever saw it, You would even say it glows. All of the other reindeer Used to laugh and call him names; They never let poor Rudolph Join in any reindeer games. Then one foggy Christmas Eve, Santa came to say: “Rudolph with your nose so bright, Won’t you guide my sleigh tonight?” Then how the reindeer loved him As they shouted out with glee, “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer You’ll go down in history!”

Silver Bells City sidewalks, busy sidewalks Dressed in holiday style, In the air there’s a feeling of Christmas. Children laughing, people passing, Meeting smile after smile, And on every street corner you’ll hear: Silver Bells, silver bells, Its Christmas time in the city. Ring –a-ling, hear them ring, Soon it will be Christmas Day. City street lights, even stop lights Blink a bright red and green, As the shoppers rush home with their treasures. Hear the snow crunch, see the kids bunch; This is Santa’s big scene, And above all the bustle you’ll hear: Silver bells, silver bells, Its Christmas time in the city. Ring-a-ling, hear them ring, Soon it will be Christmas Day, Soon it will be Christmas Day.

Let it Snow! Let it Snow! Let is Snow! Oh, the weather outside is frightful, But the fire is so delightful, And since we’ve no place to go. Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow. It doesn’t show signs of stopping, And I brought some corn for popping; The lights are turned way down low, Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow. When we finally kiss goodnight, How I’ll hate going out in the storm; But if you really hold me tight, All the way home I’ll be warm The fire is slowly dying, And, my dear, we’re still goodbye-ing But as long as you love me so, Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow. When we finally kiss goodnight, How I’ll hate going out in the storm; But If you really hold me tight, All the way home I’ll be warm. The fire is slowly dying, And, my dear, we’re still goodbye-ing. Joy to the World Joy to the world! The lord is come, Let earth receive her king. Let every heart prepare him room, And heaven and nature sing And heaven and nature sing And heaven, and heaven and nature sing. Joy to the world! The savior reigns. Let men their songs employ, While fields and floods, rocks, hills, and plains Repeat the sounding joy Repeat the sounding joy Repeat, repeat, the sounding joy He rules the world with truth and grace, And makes the nations prove. The glories of his righteousness, And wonders of his love And wonders of his love, And wonder, wonders, of his love.
