Principal, United States Calina brings over a decade of sustainable engineering experience to the Integral Group team. Working in collaboration with the design team, Calina takes a holistic approach to design, striving to create healthy, enjoyable, and environmentally responsible spaces while minimizing the size & complexity of the mechanical systems. Calina’s design experience covers a range of building sectors, including commercial, higher education, hospitality, laboratories, and healthcare.

Kevin Shea

Principal, Canada Kevin brings over thirteen years of industry experience to his role as Principal and leads Integral Group’s Science and Technology Sector. With experience and emphasis in delivering high-performance, sustainable solutions for the science + technology sector that are practical, maintainable, healthy, resilient and resource-responsible, Kevin’s personal dedication to his projects reflects Integral Group’s core pillars: imagine, perform, accelerate and sustain.

Rui Dinis

Associate Principal, UK Rui has worked with some of the biggest and leading names in Life Sciences, R&D facilities, Pilot and scale-up plants, Clinical trial and QC labs, GMO and Non-GMO, Bulk and intermediate manufacturing plants covering Sterile/Aseptic/ OSD/Semisolids manufacturing and secondary production facilities. Rui has a strong background in Mechanical and Pharmaceutical Engineering and ensures compliance with all the relevant GMP regulations and standards for different markets and fields of application.

David Ulhorn

Principal, Australia With over 40 years experience, David has been involved in significant projects across Australia and New Zealand, which include the Bio21 Institute at The University of Melbourne, Colleges of Science and The John Curtin School of Medical Research at the Australian National University. David has presented at ABSANZ, CIBSE, TEMC and SIA conferences where he has shared his knowledge and expertise, primarily on sustainable laboratory design.
