Paint with Val McCune

Join us at the PTC for an afternoon of in-person fun, painting, and socialization! Val McCune returns to the PTC this summer to offer her many years of experience with step-by-step instruction to create your very own masterpiece. All materials will be provided. All levels welcome! 50+ Fitness with Judy Samuelson

Taught by experienced fitness instructor, Judy Samuelson; this class includes chair exercises, stretching, strengthening, and gentle impact aerobics. Students will increase their strength, flexibility, and mobility while improving their posture and balance. Exercises will be simple, easy, and fun! Water Aerobics

Deep Water Aqua is a full body workout, a combination of cardio respiratory, muscle conditioning, and interval training. The class is held in the diving well. Gentle Yoga

This class will feature simple stretches and postures to improve flexibility and overall good health along with relaxation and breath awareness. This class is designed for seniors and students who want to enjoy yoga in an easy, slow paced practice. You have the option of taking the class in person or virtually. Continuing Yoga

Students who have taken the beginning class are encouraged to continue. This class is designed to allow students to advance and grow in their practice of Yoga.
