General Information for Swim Lessons

SRC Swim Parent/Tot

Play games, sing songs, learn how to hold baby and move through weekly skill progressions. Class designed to teach parent and child how to go underwater and begin learning to swim. Starfish Weekday Swim Lessons

Open to swimmers 5 and older who are comfortable going underwater on their own. Sign up by day; select classes that fit your schedule. Each class will work on the four key strokes in swimming: freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly. The focus will be on horizontal movement and motion using games, challenges, and skill work to build endurance and competence. Location: Sachs Recreation Ctr Age: 5 + Instructor: Jeff Napolski

Starfish Weekend Swim Lessons

Open to all levels. Swimmers will be placed in like skill level group on the first lesson. Each class will work on the four key strokes in swimming, as well as water skills like going underwater, blowing bubbles, floats, glides and diving for objects.
