Starfish Weekday Swim Lessons
General Information for Swim Lessons
Open to swimmers 5 and older who are comfortable going underwater on their own. Sign up by day; select classes that fit your schedule. Each class will work on the four key strokes in swimming: freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly. The focus will be on horizontal movement and motion using games, challenges, and skill work to build endurance and competence.
The Illinois Department of Public Health requires that all children who are not toilet trained must wear swim diapers and tight fitting rubber/vinyl pants under swim suits. This rule will be strictly enforced. For more information contact Jeffrey Napolski at 847-572-2626 or jeff@teamcoho.org

Play games, sing songs, learn how to hold baby and move through weekly skill progressions. Class designed to teach parent and child how to go underwater and begin learning to swim. Each class will work on the four key strokes in swimming, as well as water skills like going underwater, blowing bubbles, floats, glides and diving for objects.
