Code Class is our entry level program for newbie coders. However, we can also accommodate students with previous coding experience. Soccer 101

Players are introduced to the fundamentals of soccer tactics such as passing the ball, offensive moves, defensive moves, keeping/controlling the ball and taking the ball away from the opposing team. Players learn to score and prevent goals. Physical endurance and fitness are emphasized while touching the ball. Do you want to participate in some of the amazing programs the Deerfield Park District has to offer, but are worried about being in a class with others that you may not know? Beginning rhythmic Gymnastics

If you like music, dance, tumbling, and creativity, you have to try rhythmic gymnastics. It combines the beauty and artistry of dance with the strength and power of tumbling. Gymnasts perform routines to music using hand apparatus such as ribbons, balls, hoops, ropes, and clubs. In the beginner class, girls will learn the basic body positions, elementary apparatus handling and musicality. Gymnasts may wear leotards or basic dance clothes.
