Our marinade range is available in: - Liquid: ready-to-use and convenient - Dry: ready-to-mix and practical

Our Marinades are oil based, enhancing the taste by carrying fat soluble flavours and providing a medium for the diffusion of flavours. They also enhance the juiciness of meat as the oil forms a thin layered coating around it, ensuring that the meat’s moisture is locked-in. We have specially formulated our products to adhere to meat properly (hydrocolloids added). All our products are affordable, with superior quality.
Tenderisation, the low pH of our liquid marinades loosens the protein fibres of meat and increases tenderness. The low pH also slows down the growth of spoilage bacteria, increasing shelf-life of the meat product.
They are proven to be consistent and reliable.
Versatility, please see the suggestions next to each product. Many are great as cook-in and pour-on sauces, for basting, and suitable for hot and cold applications. Aside from meat, our extensive range of marinades can also add a delicious twist of flavour when added to pastas, stews, casseroles, soups, rice and baked/mashed potato dishes.
Deli Spices is proud of our FSSC 22000 food safety accreditation, and many of our products are Halaal and Kosher-Parev certified.
Our liquid products generally have a 12 month shelf-life and last up to 3 - 4 weeks in the fridge once opened.
