The ambiance of dining in a former railroad depot and the experience of enjoying some uncommon menu items—many with an Old World slant— are just the frosting on the cake for the top-notch food at PJ Campbell’s. The first railroad to Plymouth was built in 1859 and was known as the Sheboygan and Mississippi Railroad. It later became the Sheboygan and Fond du Lac Railroad.
