1. Open a new email and begin typing your invitation message. Example: “Come join the Party! If easy cooking, no clean up and new recipes are up your alley, click on the video invite below to see why you do not want to miss this Flexi-Fabulous Night Out!” Include date, time and location of party and any other information needed.
2. Below the message, simply copy and paste one of the video images below into the email. Or check out more invites under the Support Documents Folder, under Videos. Once the picture is inserted in your email message, you may need to resize it by dragging the corner to decrease in size.
3. Right click the photo that you inserted into your email and click Hyperlink . Now click on the invite image below which will bring you to the video on Youtube. Copy the URL and paste it within the Hyperlink Address. This will allow your customers to click on the image and view the Invite instantaneously! Just like ours below!
4. Double check your message and send a test to yourself to make sure everything is working properly then send to your friends and family!
