Click & Collect and Home Delivery Safety Measures We have implemented a number of changes to our process to protect both our customers and employees.

Only one delivery person will be allowed to drive your vehicle.

On arrival you will be greeted and your details checked, and staff will maintain a 2-metre distance.

An explanation of your car features and a walkaround will be given, again with a 2-metre distance.

You will be directed to a pre-prepared handover video which will give you more detail on your car and its features.

You should wait a suitable period of time before entering your vehicle.

Your vehicle will be sanitised before handover.

Wherever possible, paperless transactions will be requested. Where this is not possible and a physical signature is required, we will do this whilst maintaining 2-metre distance, and a new or sanitised pen will be included, which you will be asked to keep.

Protective equipment will be removed from the vehicle, with all touchpoints sanitised in front of you. You will then be invited to do a visual check of the vehicle, whilst maintaining a 2-metre distance. You will be provided a document pack and keys in a clear plastic wallet that can be posted through your letterbox should you require a ‘no-contact’ appointment.

The Arbury employee will be wearing appropriate personal protection.
