Do's & Don'ts When Selling your home with Indy Signature Group
Do's Most buyers have a hard time envisioning how a home will look with their belongings in it. Your goal is to give them a blank slate. You should: Remove excess clutter Keep the home well lit and bright by keeping key lights on and curtains/shades pulled Leave home show ready when leaving in case of a short notice showing request Your goal is to make a great first impression Keep your yard cut, clean, and watered Trim your hedges, pull excess weeds, and keep landscaping beds looking fresh Repair loose or damaged shingles, walkway tiles, siding, and caulking Repair any cracks, leaks, or water damaged/stained areas
Don'ts
It’s best not to be present during showings. We recommend leaving 15 minutes prior to the scheduled showing time and allowing 15 minutes past the scheduled end time to allow the buyers and agent time to comfortably view the home For you own security, do not leave valuables in plain sight The showing feedback is our way of finding out what the market has to say about your home. We will discuss all feedback, both positive and negative and make suggestions. Please be prepared to listen to our informed advice

Here’s How It Works: Our standard listing contract runs for 6 months. We promise to put an accepted offer (that is at or above Current Market Value) in your hands within the first 3 months of that contract. If we fail to come through for you, we will continue to market your home for the remaining 3 months of your contract. If your home should sell within those last 3 months, we will continue to take you right through the closing of your home but...WE WILL NOT GET PAID! We are confident that we’ll work harder than anyone else to get your home sold faster and we are willing to put our money where our mouth is! Understand, if your home does sell within that last 3 month period, you would still be obligated to pay a commission to the agent that brings you the buyer, as that is how we will advertise it in the Multiple Listing Service. You would simply not be obligated to pay Indy Signature Group the listing agent commission.
