Car parking is FREE for Derby Arena customers for a duration of upto 3 hours, followed by a fee of £3 after wards. Don’t forget to get your ticket validated before leaving the building.

Thanks to the success of Team GB in recent years, cycling is now more popular than ever. Derby Arena caters for all abilities and offers recreational, training and racing opportunities. We welcome clubs, schools, groups and corporate parties, host our own track league and host local, regional, national and international track events.

We have track bikes and all the equipment you’ll need available for hire. You can also hire a space in our secure cycle store.
You don’t need to be serious about track cycling to have a go. Just come along to our taster sessions and enjoy the ride.

Accreditation
We have a varied track programme including sessions for women only, under 16s, visually impaired, physically disabled and veterans.
We have a four stage development programme for those who want to gain full accreditation, enabling access to Track League and more.
Private bookings
Gift vouchers
Private sessions for birthdays, clubs and groups are available. These personalised sessions include coaching and kit hire.
Vouchers for track cycling are available from our website, the Derby LIVE box office or directly from the Arena.
SPORTS INFIELD We have 13 sports courts, surrounded by the Arena’s 250m indoor cycle track. Court bookings are open to all, from individuals to club, school and corporate groups. A variety of clubs and coached sessions take place at the Arena - see our website for details.

Group exercise We have something for everyone - whether you’re new to exercise fancy a challenge or want to socialise. Our class programme includes Pilates, Zumba, Circuits, Body Pump, Body Combat as well as a varied Watt bike cycling programme.
