Teaching and learning You will be taught through lectures, seminars and a range of multimedia approaches. You will gain skills in interviewing people and analysing facts and figures, which are both highly valued by employers. You will gain research skills enabling you to conduct interviews which you will use in your own social research projects, analysing the real world and exploring an area of interest to you. You will also have the opportunity to complete a work placement. We assess you in different ways to give you the chance to show your individual strengths and abilities. This includes academic essays, poster production, presentations, seen examinations, webpage production and independent research projects.
