Celebrity Chef Fabio Viviani to Host Exclusive Brunch Experience

Guests at the special brunch will have the opportunity to watch and learn as the alwaysgregarious Chef Viviani demonstrates his culinary skills. Hosted by the chefs from the Marketplace, the menu will feature rich, slow-roasted Porchetta –a classic Italian dish that translates as “little pig” – made by the star chef himself and complemented by a scrumptious buffet featuring a carving station, an omelet bar, and other brunch goodies. In addition, each guest will receive two complimentary pours of sparkling wine.
