World Rhino Day!

By Desert Star Staff World Rhino Day is celebrated on September 22 every year! This special day provides the opportunity for conservation organizations and members of the public to celebrate. With Jaali and Nia arriving this Fall, there’s even more to celebrate! Let’s show our rhino friends some extra love and consider adopting a black rhino in their honor. Celebrate their wild side with a symbolic adoption, and support the pair coming to The Living Desert, as well as conservation efforts for rhinos in their native ranges. They are currently listed by the IUCN (International Union for Conservation of Nature)
