THE "BASIS OF BEARINGS" 155 89'57'IZ"W 2644.35' BETWEEN FOUND REMONVMENTED PUBLIC LAND CORNERS AT THE NORTH ONE -OUARTER CORNER OF SECTION 22 AND THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SECTION 22.

I WAS UNABLE TO LOCATE ANY ROAD RECORDS FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF SW IRVING LANE. I OFFSET THE LINE CONTROLLED BY FOUND MONUMENTS PER (M) IN SW IRVING DRIVE 30.00 FEET SOUTH AND SET TWO NEW MONUMENTS ON SAID OFFSET LINE AS SHOWN HEREON. I WAS ALSO UNABLE TO LOCATE ANY ROAD RECORDS FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF SW BEAR DRIVE. I OFFSET THE NORTH-SOUTH CENTERLINE OF SEcnON 22, 30.00 FEET TO WEST AND SET ONE NEW MONUMENT ON SAIO OFFSET LINE AS SHOWN HEREON. I ALSO SET A NEW MONVMENi AT THE INTERSECTION OF SAID OFFSET LINES AS SHOWN HEREON.

THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY IS TO MONUMENT THE BOUNDARY OF THE LANDS DESCRIBED IN (0) AT THE REOUEST OF KEN AND MARY EMMRICH AND THE LANDS DESCRIBED IN (D I) AT THE REOUEST OF SANDRA HALTER. SEE MY SURVEY FOR CHERYL SIMMONS FP_ED AS CS~ 15-014 AND RECORDED AS MF~ 20151359 FOR THE CORNERS SHOWN ALONG THE WEST LINE OF THE NE 1/4 - SW 1/4 AS SHOWN HEREON.
