Brook, Please see the attached for the map which indicates where the water rights are. This map reflects where the Crooked River water rights were and have now been exchanged for Deschutes River water rights they are indicated by the blue and red dots. A buyer needs to be informed that they must beneficially water where the exchanged rights are for the next 2 years. There are 36.4 acres of Deschutes River water rights. The total 2014 fees were $2,198.61.
