These are the water rights and their standing as of 2021 since we do not yet have the aerial photos for 2022.
There is 31.6 total acres of mapped water rights (represented in yellow slashes).
0.53 acres are past 5 years non-use (represented in white cross-hachure) and do not qualify for transfer or instream lease. Past 5 year non-use areas need to irrigated and planted with a nonnaGve crop to bring those water rights back into good standing. Past 5 year non-use water rights are subject to forfeiture through Oregon Water Resources Department.
0.41 acres were last beneficially used in 2019 (represented in yellow cross-hachure) and need to be irrigated, transferred, or instream leased by 2024 to remain in good standing.
0.14 acres were last beneficially used in 2020 (represented in green cross-hachure) and need to be irrigated, transferred, or instream leased by 2025 to remain in good standing.
The remaining 30.52 acres were last irrigated in 2021 and are in good standing.
