Flowers Simla Sooboodoo, and Career Coach and a bestselling author Shilpa Kulshreshtha. Two more women were highlighted at the event – Dativah Nitsios of Deventure Tours, and Madhuri Rebello of Neo Body Laser Clinic Parramatta, who shared their success stories. The main message was that if we want to achieve our goals, we must work hard and conquer all obstacles. Their victories served as a reminder to “Never Give Up” and “Keep Trying.” The program’s emcee was Kumud Merani.

A diverse group of women from various cultural backgrounds attended the program, they networked and exchanged cards with each other at the end of the program. Women took full advantage of the opportunity to pose for photos and shop for clothing and jewellery at the vendor businesses’ stalls.

By organising events like Elevate, CMRC wanted to ensure that women get the visibility they thrive for and inspire others to follow. Informing and educating new immigrant and refugee women about entrepreneurship is crucial. Women entrepreneurs can inspire each other by sharing knowledge and skills.
