Awaken the Inner Avatar-Be
Media release provided by Chinmaya Mission Australia, Sydney
We are excited to announce that our Global Head of Chinmaya Mission, Pujya Swami Swaroopananda will be visiting Sydney from the 29 May to 8 June 2023.
About Swami Swaroopananda
In an era ripe with scepticism and confusion about matters spiritual, Swami Swaroopananda-ji (Pujya Swamiji) is a rare voice that blends authenticity with accessibility; theory with self-practice; and logic with heart.
Pujya Swamiji is the Global Head of Chinmaya Mission, Chairman of the Chinmaya Vishwavidyapeeth Trust (Chinmaya University) and Director of the Chinmaya International Residential School.
As an adolescent, though coming from a commercial background, Pujya Swamiji, swayed by Pujya Gurudev Swami Chinmayananda’s “kadaksha” (grace and blessings) in 1984, underwent monastic training. Since then, Pujya Swamiji has touched and transformed many thousands of lives across the world by His ability to bring out the essential wisdom and underlying unity of all religions by teaching the essence of Advaita Vedanta philosophy in a simple manner.
Pujya Swamiji has commented on numerous spiritual classics such as Ik Onkar, Maha Mrtyunjaya Mantra, Sankat Mochan and on several lifestyle subjects such as Simplicity and Meditation, Storm to Perform, Avatar, Managing the Manager and Journey into Health. Pujya Swamiji also conducts ‘wholistic management’ seminars for senior corporate executives. He has been a guest speaker at the Ford, London Business School and Harvard University to mention a few. His “self-development” course, Make It Happen™, has been adapted and integrated into the human resource training programmes of several corporate organisations in India and abroad.
As part of Pujya Swamiji’s Sydney 2023 Tour, Chinmaya Mission Sydney will be organising several events for all age groups. The
3 big events you & your family should attend are the Free Public Talks on Awaken the Inner Avatar, Grand Vedic Havan Ritual & Talks on Living Fearlessly, with Guided Meditation Sessions.
