The residential home project was proposed with a simple base plan including windows, doors, & beams which were not to be moved. I designed the space into a typical transitional Jewish family style home.

This project was proposed as an empty space to be designed as a cafe of choice. It is being turned into a haven for chocolate lovers to feel empowered by their favorite delicacy. The cafe features many different chocolate themed aspects, including stations to create your own chocolate and a library of books filled with history and fun facts about the savored delight.
