sprint towards clarity in a few of days - AND TAKE A SHORTCUT TO ACCURATE SOLUTIONS AND GROWTH A sprint is an effective method that makes your company able to evaluate a specific challenge. Take a sneak-peek into the future and see if your idea hits the bulls’ eye on the market – and use your resources where they are best served. Easy. Effective. Profitable. In this folder you can read how…
“ Where does the sprint come from? The sprint method was developed by Jake Knapp when he worked at Google. The method has been tested and fine-tuned via sprint sessions in many different sectors. Big as well as small businesses. “We’ve found that magic happens when we use big whiteboards to solve problems. A sprint room, plastered with notes, diagrams, printouts, and more, takes advantage of that spatial memory.” Quote: Jake Knapp
what is a sprint useful for? DIFFERENTIATE YOURSELF SO YOUR CUSTOMER UNDERSTANDS THE DIFFERENCE
A sprint helps your business makes ideas concrete, design preliminary solutions and validate it with the help of quick mockups and user tests. You can find your customers’ strongest selling points – known or unknown. That way you can focus on exactly the solutions that are demanded which yield the biggest pay-off. You can use the sprint method if your company:
•
wants to generate new ideas
•
are considering a completely new digital solution, a product or a new service
•
wants to improve user experience on existing solutions
•
wants to improve functionality or create new solutions that hit the mark
•
needs to see the company from outside and the inside – and thereby find real demands
•
needs to validate or prioritize the right ideas before starting out
“ “Differentiate yourself so your customer understands the difference” Quote: Tom Peters
